He did an excellent job getting the tree down.

I requested an estimate through their online form and received a reply by email the next day. Bratt was able to fit in our job fairly soon, which was good as we wanted to plant a replacement tree this fall. They did a great job working within a somewhat limited space. The yard cleanup afterward was very thorough. I would definitely hire them again if we need other tree work. Also, I was very pleased with the final price, which included a discount from the original estimate.

They were excellent, good price, and prompt. They did a great job. The guy who owns and runs it is John Bratt. We actually just got an invoice from them for doing another set of work here.

I wrote on their contact form that I had a stump and two large yew bushes to take out, and that I'd like an estimate. I also have a next-door neighbor with a stump, and we were looking to share the costs of taking everything out at the same time by the same vendor - so, it would be two stumps and two large yew bushes. I never received any contact from them.

Elm tree was tagged by city for removal due to Dutch Elm Disease. Tree was very large and canopied both my house and my neighbors. I had used Bratt for a previous trimming job and was happy with their estimate provided for this new work.effort. Jon and his team did an excellent job in removing the tree and grinding the stump. It was a huge job (2 full days) and they took extra care to protect the lawn (the best they could) and driveway from the heavy equipment needed to complete the work. Everyone on the team were very nice and professional, and did a great job cleaning up. I received multiple compliments from my neighbors and requests for Bratt's contact information for their next tree job. I'll definately be using them again for my tree needs.

Were able to schedule us on short notice, arrived that morning and got the work done safely, quickly, and as beautifully as a tree removal can be...they also were willing to drop some pieces we picked at wood from the hood so we could have some custom lumber cut - this was wonderful! And they helped us shovel some of the wood chips so we can mulch to our hearts' content... Would absolutely use Bratt again - among 4 bids we had on this job, they came in in as one of the lowest, largely because they offered a steep discount on stump grinding as an add-on service. Tree removal is expensive, it sucks, you usually get nothing in return, but they made this -- somehow-- a positive experience overall. Excellent service and work. Thank you!!!

Great work, very fast and cleaned up after. Was such a great price neighbor chipped in to have their side of the tree trimmed as well. Thank goodness we did it before the big summer storms!

Went very well. Arrived at my house on time. I could tell Bratt Tree Service was experienced and Stan worked very well directing his two man crew. Removed the tree from the house without further damage to the house.

They did exactly what we asked of them, they were done in less than a day.

I agreed that the service could show up early without notice to expedite the tree removal. The tree crew even had to track down neighbors to get them to move their cars, but the work was completed without any problems. The tree is gone and the yard is clean for a really good price.

This is the second time we've used Bratt, and both times, we were surprised at how reasonable their prices were for the services rendered. It was easy to schedule an appointment with them, and they answered all of our questions. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly, neatly, and as promised. Best prices we've found, without sacrificing quality of work.

The work went very well. It took four hours and they did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done. The work was scheduled originally for about a week after we got the estimate. However, when there was snow and ice, it had to be postponed. We were notified promptly of the necessary delay (you don't send guys up trees in icy conditions) and rescheduled it promptly.

Bratt was responsive to our request for an estimate, provided a detailed and professional estimate document, appeared promptly at the appointed day to provide service, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up our yard well. The tree is in our small back yard and space was tight, but that didn't seem an issue at all. Very pleased and will hire them again and recommend to friends.

This company gave me a very good bid to have some shrubs and trees removed. It was scheduled for about 2 weeks out but they called a week early to say they had some time that they could come that afternoon. When I saw the crew and all the equipment they brought I could not believe what I was getting for my money. They were done in about 2.5 hours and I could not be happier.

Our initial request for an estimate was followed up on almost immediately. In each case, the estimate for the work we wanted was a fraction of what we expected. The work was done in a timely way. They did what we wanted -- and have never pushed us to do more than we want. (In fact, they discouraged us from cutting down one tree to allow it more time to prove that it could survive.) And once again, their costs are fantastic.

I got an estimate very quickly and then the final invoice matched the estimate. They had the entire job, including clean up, completed in less than 2 hours.

They showed up on time and were very friendly. The work went well until clean up time. Really left a lot of damage to the yard and fence post. They also cut our cable line I called them back to check on the damaged driveway and he never got back to me. Not very professional in the end.

They were very responsive. I had a quote from them the next business day after I submitted my request, and they were able to put my job on their schedule within about a week. The job was done very efficiently with excellent clean-up.

I contacted Bratt Tree Company through their website to request an estimate for limb removal and for removal of the entire tree. By the end of the workday I had received a written estimate by email followed by a hard copy by mail a day later. Given the condition of the tree, I opted for full removal/stump grinding. The price for was $850 plus tax which I found to be reasonable, The company was responsive and completed the work within a few business days of my acceptance of the estimate. They removed a section of picket fence to do the work and replaced it when they were done; the area was left tidy (no small branches or leaves were left behind). I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and their promptness.

I originally asked for and got a prompt estimate to remove a large tree. We agreed to do the work and scheduled a date, but I got cold feet about removing it. I went back and forth about whether I should remove the tree or get it trimmed again. The folks at Bratt were amazingly patient with my indecisiveness and allowed me to wait until noon on the scheduled day to make a final decision. Ultimately I went with trimming and am so pleased with the results. I certainly recommend them and will use them again.

Flawless from start to finish. Complete professionalism and punctuality. Called for estimate, had it within three days. Estimate was 1/3 of what another outfit quoted. Day of job went without a hitch, they took all the site complications in stride. These guys are fast, reliable, and inexpensive. Highly recommended.

I requested an online estimate and received a written one in the mail within a few days. They promptly contacted me after I mailed back the work order and scheduled the service the following day. I wasn't home when they did the work, so I can't speak of the professionalism of the crew that performed the job. However, the work was completed to my specifications and they cleaned up well enough that I wouldn't have even known they were there if the trees and brush hadn't been removed. I was pleased with the quick turnaround for service and the level of communication.

I got the estimate last summer (which was good for 30 days), but the honored the estimate from last year. Very fast service - they did a great job! The tree looks fantastic - looks like an entirely different tree and isn't hanging over my garage or my neighbor's garage any more.

Everything went according to plan. Was able to submit quote request on-line which was convenient.
