Description of Work: SPEEDY! I needed a jump and a new battery. They were there in 5 mins. FRIENDLY everyone was good natured and responsive.. HONEST they installed a new battery and retested the alternator after the battery installation to make sure that the low reading wasn't just because the battery was dead. It turned out to be fine. As long as I was there they changed my oil and fluids (something I had let go for some time) and again SPEEDY, had me off to work in 45 mins. I will return (maybe even before the car won't start).

Description of Work: I WAS WAITING AT THE COUNTER FOR MY TURN, THE PHONE STARTED RINGING. THE MANAGER, OWNER, WHOEVER IN THE BACK ROOM STARTED YELLING AT THE EMPLOYEE AT THE COUNTER TO ANSWER THE #@$@ PHONE, AND CONTINUED TO YELL AND SWEAR AT THE EMPLOYEE FROM THE BACK ROOM. I TOLD THE EMPLOYEE I WAS TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. IF THIS IS HOW THE MANAGEMENT TREATS EMPLOYEES, WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I HAD A COMPLAINT OR PROBLEM WITH THEM??
