Description of Work: Blue Ox installed a new furnace in Dec, 2013. It didn't work; finally a new part was |installed. It worked well all winter but when it started for the first time a few days |ago, it wouldn't work. Another technician said I needed a new gas valve. Called Blue Ox during business hours, switched to answering machine, left message to |call me, and they never did. Finally got it fixed through Air Tech even though the part is still under warranty from Blue Ox.
