Description of Work: He came over and ran diagnostics on my PC. He was able to determine that there was not a hardware issue, which saved me from buying hundreds of dollars in new parts that I didn't need. The issues I have having with my computer freezing up were related to my video card and Windows 10. I installed Windows 7 again and everything has been great. When it comes to PCs I consider myself just below expect level, but when something is beyond my skill level again, this will the business I call for help.

 + -1 moreI have used Blue Hound Technologies in the past and because he was so helpful, I went to him again. He ran a full diagnosis on my computer which helped speed it up and shut down programs that were causing the slow down. He also answered questions I had about some problems connecting with Wi-Fi to the internet in certain area's at home. I find him to be very helpful and will continue to use his services in the future.
Description of Work: He performed a full diagnosis on my computer, answered questions to help me understand why I was having problems and he made adjustments to my settings to help with my productivity.

Description of Work: He tuned up my computer and made sure it was working in its full capicity. He fixed a few errors that kept coming up, and made sure I was getting the fastest speed for my computer.
