Bloomington Carpet One

Eric Carlson was very helpful in the showroom in assisting us with our choices and giving us samples to take home. He came out and measured within two hours of our visit to the showroom. The carpet layers did a great job installing: very prompt, polite, quiet, professional with almost NO nicks on the baseboards. They cleaned/vacuumed very thoroughly upon completion of installation.

Ok. Rug was nice, but not on time. I had to call when it was past due. Then, I was told that the extra carpet that I paid for would be included with the rug, which it wasn't. When I called to ask for it, I was told she would check and get back to me, which she didn't. Not satisfied with the service.

I was very pleased, very pleased with them. I purchased a carpet, they had a wonderful selections and I received excellent guidance from another gal there. I had gone to another company and could find either the carpet color or texture but couldn't find exactly what I wanted and decided not to settle. I went into Carpet one and I kind of told her what I wanted. She guided me directly and brought me 3 samples right away that I liked. I still went through the whole store since I thought I should. I got a wonderful, I mean for the same price it must have been within $20. So for the same price as the other store I got the exact color I wanted and the texture. They have a wonderful program they call it, 30 day beautiful, if you don't like it for any reason in 30 days, the color, or whatever they will replace it with a same cost obviously, you can't upgrade, but for free. They'll come take it out and put in something else. I think it's fabulous. I'd give them 5 stars. Plus, I'm kind of a clean freak and they let me wash the floors, they arranged for them to rip out the floor one day then lay the carpet the next day. The staff was very respectful and I felt very safe. I do want to give that good review. You can give them an "A" on everything. I would use them again and I plan to.

Great. Installers were punctual and then complete. Prior, rep was wonderful to work with and was patient with my lack of decision making skills. Between the two of us, a great carpet was decided upon and then installed.

It went wonderful from the picking out our carpet to installation. We highly recommend Carpet One. They were great to work with and the installers did an amazing job. Our overall experience was excellent!! Also, we would like to thank Salesperson Jennifer on her professionalism and on her helping us on picking out our carpet..

For the most part good, but there were a few hiccups along the way, however they did correct/make them right.

Carpet One did a "A+" job. The installers are very professional and experienced. The job was done meticulously. Installers were not contracted out. The quality of carpet was excellent, and the salesman was able to match the carpet installed to our already carpeted rooms. This is a long lasting, quality carpet. It was over a year ago since the job was done, and everything still looks like new. I am now looking at my hallway and stairs carpet that was done by another cheapo company- we cant wait to call Carpet One so they can switch that carpet for us.

I am VERY pleased with the work done to install a beautiful, outdoor grade carpet in my gazebo. Each step of the process went smoothly, from material selection, cost estimation, project scheduling and installation. Everyone I worked with was very professional and knowledgeable. The space was not a typical install because of being unheated, the sub-floor needed some repair and the gazebo is octagonal shaped. Several (three) other big companies would not even consider the job. One other company did provide an estimate, but their material selection for outdoor grade was poor. So I started to get the message that this wasn't a job that anyone wanted to take on….. But I have to say that Bloomington Carpet One really treated the job as important (which it was for me). There was a great selection of carpets and I was able to get it installed within a couple of weeks. The installer arrived on time and did a professional job fixing the sub-floor, laying the pad and carpet, and ensuring the space was clean before leaving. They also followed up with me when the job was complete, to see if I was satisfied and that there were not any issues.

This was a pleasant transaction from start to finish. Jennifer was a very helpful salesperson; Margaret efficiently managed the installation schedule; and the carpet layers did a great job.

Excellent work done by installers. Quick, efficient and professional. Choosing new carpet to match our needs and budget was a pleasant, no pressure experience. Carpet samples were sent via Fed Ex and the sales staff in the showroom were knowledgeable and friendly. Price was very competitive.

I just went over to look at some carpet for my bedrooms and they are going to install them. I didn't shop around because I have been using them for years. They work with you, they move your furniture. Like I said you can't do all 3 bedrooms at once because I didn't want to have to deal with all that stuff out of all the rooms. They are going to install the master bedroom and then come back 2 weeks later to install the others. They said not to worry, they would move all my furniture. You would never know that they were there except you have new carpeting.

The folks at CarpetOne were great! When we need kitchen flooring in a couple of years, they will be our first choice.

Very quick scheduling of an on-site estimate, and the estimator was professional but friendly. Two hard-working and very nice installers made quick work of the job. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole thing. Sorry I can't recall what we paid, but I do remember we felt confident that it was a fair price after doing some research.

Great. Professional, knowledgeable, and prompt at all levels - sales, removal of old, installation.

Both installers were polite and very careful when bringing in the sheet vinyl. They took care in making sure everything fit right before cutting. The only problem they had were the transitions to carpeting from the kitchen to the living spaces. They did an admirable job given the height difference from the floor to the carpet.

It went okay, not great. We were on a time schedule so we ended up going with them after looking at another carpet service. They told us they were able to get it to us quickly, I don't blame them for this, but there were delays. First there was damage to the carpet that we wanted that they said was available. Once they got that they said it was delayed due to a shipping error. Our carpet probably took two weeks. They gave us a 15-percent discount. They did a really good job with the service but it messed with my timing really bad.

This sales man Eric he's like I said very hands on, even when they did our business he came back out like the baseboard and map star baseboards he always took extra step to make sure we're happy and satisfied, the first baseboard that the guy put in the installers it didn't look cute so he did that all on the house for that to us was a very good customer service.

It was good. I didn't make any life long friends but they came in and did the job that we asked them to do and everything was fine. They work was good.

They were fantastic! They really was very good, the sales woman was helpful when I was there picking out the carpet. My dad, who has been in construction his whole life and is very picky was at my place when they were installing it. He said he was super impressed. I felt like the value for the price was very good. I was definitely satisfied with it.

The service went very well. The installers did a really good job, but the guy that I did the business with called a few days later and said that he needed to charge me extra because I had too many things they had to move which I was not told upfront and I moved everything I could possibly move. Apparently, they contract out. The people that installed the carpet told him. They took some pictures and said it was too much moving and they needed to charge him extra and he needed to charge me extra. Their pricing was right in the ball park, maybe a little lower than some. When I first called to get an estimate, they were really quick to come over.
