Blaine Computer Service Center

I called them and told them it took an hour to download my kids hour long hockey game and asked them if that was normal. they said no and told me to bring it in. They said they would call me the next day and a week went by and they would not give me back my computer so I started comming in three times a day demanding my computer. finnaly they asked me why I brought it in. I told them because it took an hour to download a hour long hockey game and they told me thats normal. I then asked why they told me to bring it in. they said the old cop out " who did you talk to" I said you people dont idenify yourselfs over the phones. I then took my computer home and found everything was changed. desk top icons ect. the first thing I checked was my music. I had my 500 c/d's downloaded. every other song had been changed from mp3 to wma so they could no longer be used to make mix c/d's. I dont have 80 hours of time to download them again so I called and complained. he said he didnt do anything to my computer whoever they had it a week without knowing what they were doing to it. they had told me they had it running around the clock for a week. they refuse to put the songs back to mp3 and claim they dont know how. they also go by the name Minnesota service center and chris olson. I still have not fixed this yet and he is still there which is why I am making this complaint now.
