Jenny was professional, courteous and attentive. She listened to us and picked out properties that were in the right location at the right price and the right size. We eventually decided to rent instead of own, but that was a personal financial decision that had nothing to do with Jenny. She is nice, fun and good at her job.

I worked with Ephraim Eusebio to purchase my first home. He was very helpful and easy to work with. Considering this was my first home purchase, he was patient and answered any questions I had. I feel that he quickly honed in on exactly what type of property I was looking for. He provided me with automatic listings to view online, but ultimately I ended up purchasing a home that fell just outside of my specified search parameters that he noticed and brought to my attention. Ephraim is a very laid back realtor and I never felt like he was being pushy or just trying to sell me something. The whole process took me a few months before I found the house I wanted and he personally drove me around to at least a dozen different homes that I expressed interest in. The other professionals that Ephraim recommended to me (financing and home inspection) that he had worked with on an ongoing basis in the past were also fantastic, so he really seems to know how to maintain a good network of people to make the process as painless as possible. If I were to have one piece of criticism, it's that there were a handful of times when I sent him an email or left a voicemail where it seemed like it took longer for me to receive a response than I would expect. In fairness, I know realtors are more or less on call all the time and still need to be able to maintain life outside work. I also know that since this was my first home purchase, I was extra anxious and nervous, which didn't help when I was looking for feedback. Other than that, I had a fantastic experience and would recommend Ephraim to anyone. As an aside, I worked almost entirely with Ephraim, but the rest of Bjorklund Realty was very helpful too. I think the paperwork on closing day took 30-40 minutes tops. They were very good about getting down to business when the time came.
