About us

I am a one man show, catering to small jobs around the house, business, yard, and garage. I do have a licensed contractor that I partner with when accepting larger jobs. I usually work in the western/northwestern suberbs, and charge $40.00 / hr. Parts are not upcharged, and you pay what I pay for them, however, I do charge the normal labor rate for retrieving the parts. All work is time + materials, insuring the lowest cost for the job.

General hanydman services: lite plumbing, electrical, carpentry, small jobs no one wants to tackle. Small jobs around the house, yard, garage. If I don't do it, I know someone that will for a fair price for services rendered. I do occasionallly take time off for long weekends and occasional trips. I monotor the cell phone, and identify if I am unable to provide services for you

Services we don't offer

Running electrical service wiring, running plumbing lines and venting, major structural building repairs. I do know contractors that perform these services that I can recommend and have worked with in the past!

Bill came on time and fixed the patio door. He also repair the toilet shut off valve because it was leaking. I am satisfied with his service and his price was reasonable.
Description of Work: Remove, clean, lubricate, install and adjust patio door and patio screen door rollers, plunge to remove obstruction in the main level toilet, repair main level toilet leaking flapper valve, replace leaking toilet shut off valve with purchased parts

My experience using this handyman has always been positive.
