WE DO NOT RECOMMEND !! MICE AT THIS LOCATION IN ST PAUL, MN. We had 13 vaults stored for 1 year at the 2950 Long Lake Rd, St Paul, MN 55113 location. $10,000 bill for storage. Driver Brian Miller + 4 guys came to unload the 13 vaults into our brand new home. Brian Miller was not there to deal with the broken items and the fireplace ash that the guys dropped all over the hallway, etc. Apparently he was the one in charge but bragged 2x how "the guys dont need me around" and was not around. 1 other guy was verbally very unprofessional + when something broke on the way to into the house, it was just handed to me with no comment. When they finished the job, Brian Miller was not around. But when he finally arrived, he rang the doorbell 7x. RUDE! He came in and listed items on the form saying that they would come back and fix/ repair and they NEVER did! I have this in writing! The move out of 13 vaults was @$3600. The damage found after unpacking all and looking at all the furniture was 18 items damaged for $5,864 in total damage. We filled out the claim $210091158 and it went to ElizabethL@bergerallied and then to MarieC@bergerallied and then to ShawnK@bergerallied and then to LynnG@bergerallied and many emails sent to them, before they finally sent us $420 to clean the carpet that was badly stained with black fireplace ash all over the guys shoes ,now all over our new carpet. (They just kept going. Brian Miller was not around. ) I called Randy Mccann and told him about the mice feces in our Hendredon Sofa, damaged items, experience with the 5 guys, etc. Randy told me personally that if we have any trouble with filing a claim and getting it covered to contact him personally. Randy also said that they have an rodent exterminator come out every 2 weeks. ( I SENT THEM PICTURES OF THE MICE FECES ALL OVER THE SOFA. THEY HAVE A MICE PROBLEM and YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS, AS IT MAY HAPPEN TO YOU!) Once the claim was filed with the 18 damaged items itemized Berger Allied stated that they were NOT WILLING to cover the cost of any damaged items, the sofa that had mice feces all over the couch OR to have it cleaned for $150. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
