Good. They were able to get the job done earlier than scheduled. They were prompt and courteous. The finished product looks great so far. They did the job for less than 2 of the 6 quotes that we received, but we chose them because they use Sherwin Williams Duration paint. They did not seem to be concerned about paint chips/lead contamination, but we did not ask them to do anything specific before they started the job.

Bella Casa overall is a company that I would highly recommend to anyone getting their house painted. From the initial bid to the final work being completed, Bella Casa was timely and detail oriented. Their team was efficient and left the site clean and organized everyday. I am very happy with the Bella Casa team.

They did an excellent job. It was humid weather and I had to close some windows before they had totally cured. Some of the windows stuck shut and had some chipped paint. I called Alan and they promptly came back and touched them up for me.

Everything went very good. Their crew was very professional and friendly. Alan kept us informed during the whole process. Alan was very nice to work with. I would highly recommend them. Our house looks wonderful. Thanks again.

A really excellent experience! Alan and his crew were great, the surface preparation was very thorough, they kept the job site very neat and tidy. Alan was very helpful in discussing which types of paint to use where, and in helping me finalize my color selections. My house looks great, and I couldn't be happier with the result. My neighbors have all been highly complimentary and have asked me for their number.

Everything went smoothly - they were quick to come out and do the estimate and ultimately were the lowest bid of the companies we looked at. Overall the work was excellent, very attentive to detail, kept us informed and updated as to progress, the painters were very good about cleaning up every day and were generally very easy to work with and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Bella Casa Painting in May 2007 via phone, after seeing their ad in our local news paper, which also referenced Angie's List. Roger came over the next day and provided an estimate on the spot and provided me with valuable information about the exterior painting process. The job was scheduled for late July. The Bella Casa Painting team arrived on a Monday and finished 5 days later. Roger and team were great at telling me what to expect each day of the process. The results were fantastic and Roger and his team were extremely professional for the entire experience. I may hire them for some interior painting work this winter.

They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and fast. They had the house painted in less than 4 days. A number of painters were working together who really knew what they were doing. Everything was covered. One of the owners was here everyday to supervise and answer questions. They also gave me a very realistic bid and they stuck to their quote. They were very accommodating.

Outstanding! These guys are the best. Al and Roger know exactly what they are doing, their crews have worked together for a long time and the quality is the best. Results were far better than expected. Excellent attention to detail. Very neat and clean and done very timely. They work very hard until the job is done to your complete satisfaction. No $$ down to start the work, other than a minimal, refundable deposit to hold a place no the calendar. Why go anywhere else. High quality, great prices, custom work, complete satisfaction.

Allan and his crew are absolutely terrific, and we recommend them highly. In fact, our neighbors hired them for a small job while they were working on our house! All five of the Bella Casa guys were completely professional and efficient. They were very easy to have around, as they were always pleasant and left a completely clean work place. Most important: the paint job looks wonderful--and it's worth noting that theirs was the lowest bid (by far) of four we got. To sum up, Bella Casa did fine work quickly and well. The only complaint (minor) we have is that in a few spots the prep could have been a little more thorough, with a bit more caulking needed. But overall, we couldn't be more pleased. Quality work at an incredibly reasonable cost. Win; win!

Unfortunately, the latex satin paint used for bookwork was flatter in appearance than the eggshell walls. Roger and Allen repainted using gloss latex at no extra charge. The finished woodwork now has a gloss, but is less smooth than the satin, possibly because they had to brush and roll rather than spray these areas (masking and spray were no longer an option after walls had been painted). Still, I like the result and will definitely use this company again, although probably not the same paint.

Alan was very professional when they came to give their estimate. His price was the best. He was helpful and patient in picking colors. Was willing to accommodate gutters being replaced at the same time. His crew did a nice job, paid attention to detail, getting the inside of the windows and everything. The house looks great, we are very pleased. We also ended up having them stain our deck and paint rooms in the interior of the house.

Alan and his crew had also painted the outside of our house and did just as nice of a job inside as outside. The trim looks great, gives each of the rooms a very clean look. This was four months ago and everything still looks great.

Roger came out for an estimate within 2 days of our call. Because of busy times our painting was scheduled for spring 2007. However, a month later we received a call that, if we wanted, the painting could be done this fall. Even though we were also installing a new driveway at the same time he worked around it. He cleaned up any mess and left us with a nice looking house.

Bella Casa did a great job on the painting of the windows and the soffit/fascia of our two story house. They replaced all the rotted wood and some trim that was missing. We are quite pleased with their work. The workers were punctual and cleaned up every day. We have no complaints. (There were some broken branches on a large bush on the side of our house). However, there was no way to place the ladders and paint without damaging the bush.

They are superb! They provided us with references (the only one of five bidders to do so) and those references couldn't say enough great things about them. Upon contract, they let us try a few colors on the house before selecting the final Sherwin Williams Woodscape stain (and WE LOVE our selection. Thanks to Alan & crew for offering suggestions as the right choice was definitely made), not to mention their bid was the best we received (lower by more than 1/3). It was difficult finding a company who knew how to deal with a cedar home and their work was impeccable. They were quiet, neat, extremely nice and truly exceeded our expectations. And they were the only bid that included a two-year guarantee (not to mention the Italian in us loved the company name). Everyone who sees our home raves about it & without a doubt we will use them again in the future! If you need any painting/staining done inside or outside your home, Bella Casa is the only way to go!!

Very good experience. The crew kept things clean and picked up which was important with a puppy roaming the yard after they left for the day. Alan and Roger are very calm and organized about taking care of clients. Everything was above expectation.

I thought it was excellent. The work looks great. The person in charge was really nice and responsible. It was such a nice experience. They were able to accommodate my schedule. I think they deserve an A+ for price.

VERY RELIABLE, PRETTY CAREFUL AND HONEST. THEY ACCIDENTALLY RIPPED THE WALLPAPER IN MY DINING ROOM, LET ME KNOW RIGHT AWAY THAT THIS WAS THEIR ERROR AND STRIPPED THE OLD WALLPAPER AND REPAINTED AT NO COST TO ME. I WOULD HAVE LIKED THEM TO BE MORE CAREFUL ABOUT NOT GETTING PAINT ON MY WINDOWS WHEN DOING THE EXTERIOR TRIM, BUT OVERALL THEY DID A NICE JOB AND IF YOU KEEP ANY EYE ON WHAT THEY'RE DOING, VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUESTS. THEY'RE EXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH IT.

THE OWNER, ALAN, RESPONDED QUICKLY AND GAVE A VERY REASONABLE ESTIMATE. THE WORK WAS DONE ON SCHEDULE. ALAN AND HIS CREW WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIBLE. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CARE THEY TOOK WITH THE PREP WORK AND THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN THE FINISHED PRODUCT.

HE CHARGES SOMEWHERE IN THE VICINITY OF $31 HR. HE'S A VERY VERY PLEASANT PERSON TO WORK WITH. VERY HONEST. HE'S ALWAYS ON THE JOB SITE.

THE OWNERS, ALAN KELLY AND ROGER APPELHOLM, WERE ENTIRELY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, RESPONSIVE AND ALL AROUND TOP NOTCH GUYS TO WORK WITH, THEIR CREW WAS TOO.
