Bella Casa Painting

Bella Casa was faithful, prompt and skilled in their work. Alan Kelly backed up every promise he made. We are very happy and everyone in the neighborhood says that the results are beautiful.

The results are lovely. I had hated the dark woodwork for 20 years, and there was a lot of it including baseboards. I was worried about the mess of sanding woodwork, but that was not a problem. Alan and Roger removed and replaced a heavy painting over the fireplace. The crew moved and protected heavy furniture, protected the carpet, and sealed off the work area. Due to disappointing paint sheen on a prior job, Alan provided actual paint samples on a scrap of my wood before purchase. Work started when promised, job was finished in the time estimated, and cleanup was spectacular.

Alan was professional and his crew was wonderful. They were always prompt and courteous and responded to any and all questions and requests from individual homeowners. They worked hard and steady and always cleaned up every evening before leaving. The work was stellar and our homes look brand new! Areas that needed extra work were professionally done and Alan kept us well-informed. I have had direct feedback from all 22 homeowners and we are all completely satisfied with Bella Casa's work. We heartily endorse Bella Casa and would recommend them for any project, large or small.

They were easy to deal with and professional, but I thought the estimate of almost $1700 was pretty high, considering I only needed work done on part of the front of the house. I might call them again for an estimate, based on their reputation, but not for a small job.

It was unpainted so they didn't have to chip off anything. I am satisfied with the painting. They didn't miss any spots and it looked very good. They weren't as professional as they should be, but they got the job done. I would recommend them to others. I didn't have any problems with them. The most positive attribute is that they did a high quality painting job. They gave the best estimate.

Alan and Bella Casa Painting did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home. Very professional. His price was very fair when compared to the other quotes we were given. The job was done in a timely manner. No complaints. I will definitely use them again when we have any painting projects.

We had several bids and they gave us the best price. I liked that they showed up for the estimate and they were on time. They did a nice job. They showed up at 7:30 in the am and worked until 6:30 everyday. They asked me about the trim of a window and took care of it for me. They could take a little more care in cleaning up in the yard.

This one seemed promising, based on the experience of getting the estimate and their review on Angie's List, but ultimately they gave us the most expensive estimate we received. We decided not to have the work done at this time due to budgeting, but we did like the experience we had with Alan. He gave us a bit of information regarding the pros and cons of "painting" stucco. The written estimate he provided was very specifically detailed and helpful.

The project went well and I was satisfied.

Overall the experience was good, but scheduling was a bit of an issue. I received a call saying they would come on a certain day, but due to rain that week, they were backed up and didn't come until later. This wouldn't have been a problem otherwise but I was having some other outside work done at the same time and had to juggle things a bit. Then they called to say they would come Friday but came Thursday instead. That would have been OK too except that I didn't leave the garage door open for them to have access to electricity so they had to ask my neighbor for an electrical hook-up. Again, a phone call would have solved the problem, but I understand having to work around the weather. The garage needed considerable scraping to prepare for painting. My neighbor said they were working really hard at it. The garage looks beautiful, especially considering the sad shape it was in before.

The service was great. They did everything they said they were going to do. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them and use them again.

I am delighted that Angie led me to these painters. I wrote a contract, which I used as a bidding document which included warranties and various specifications about materials and procedures, some bidders were uncomfortable with the contract, but Bella Casa had no problem with it. Removing and replacing the combination window frames was a big problem for other painters, but not for Bella Casa. I was a hands on customer. Roger worked closely with me, and did more than he needed to do under the contract. The quality of the painting and prep work was excellent. There were no drips or spills on the new stucco. The crew worked like beavers and had a great work ethic. Whenever an issue arose, Roger bent over backwards to satisfy me. He did a number of things which he did not have to do under the contract, but did not charge me for them. An unexpected problem was that the painters had to open the windows to grind the sills and a lot of paint dust got into the house because of this, necessitating a major interior cleanup. In hindsight, the inside of the windows should have been sealed to prevent the infiltration of the dust. Roger voluntarily offered to reduce my bill because of the interior cleaning which I had to do and readily agreed to the figure I requested. I have great respect for Roger and his crew, and would use them again without any hesitation.

Very well. Alan and Roger were very responsive and addressed all concerns and requests promptly. They were fair with the bid and the cost of a few additional jobs added on. They seemed less comfortable with a few small indoor projects and we might not hire them for interior painting but they were amazing for exterior painting. Their band of workmen were great. The only problem was poor English skills.

They were very prompt with their bid and took all the time necessary to address my questions. The job they did was efficient and well done and their follow up was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company did a good job for a reasonable price. They came out quickly and gave us an estimate. They scheduled to do the job at a later date. They were prompt and cleaned up after the project was finished.

Compared with a paint job we had done several years ago (different house), Casa Bella was A-ONE. They did outstanding work top to bottom. I contacted Allan in March, when he gave me the estimate. His was the lowest of four bids I had, which was a bonus, The comments from his previous customers were nothing but excellent, so my choice was easy. I would highly recommend them, and in fact already have. Outstanding experience.

Al was very responsive and good to work with. He suggested and offered to paint a sample of our color on our house beforehand, which he did. This worked out well because we changed our mind on the color after we saw it on the house. This last minute change was no issue for Al and he painted with our new color. Although Al wasn't here during most of the work, he had a crew of 5-6 doing the work, he kept in contact with us and stopped by to check on the work. The crew worked very quickly and appears to have done a thorough job. When I asked them to paint some trim on our garage white and some our selected green, the crew member responded, "No problem, what ever color you want." Al did do a final walk through and made sure the painting was good and the clean-up was done.

The men worked hard all day, and Alan, an owner, was at our house for a while every day to check on work and respond to our questions. The preparation and work were twice as good and almost half the price of Home Traditions, our last contractor.

We decided to go with another company because he was booked up for several months.

I arranged to get on the Bella Casa list last winter after the season was over. With the long winter, painting wasn't possible until May, so I am glad we pre-booked. The price quote from last winter was honored. The job went very, very well. They removed the old layers of paint, repainted, fixed issues with the windows and screens, were careful with our plants and were very detailed. We could not be happier with the results!!! Highly recommended. The whole thing took less than 2 days.

They did more than we asked them to, because it made our home look better. They were very helpful in picking out colors. They were very quick, efficient, and were always available for questions and concerns. They did a great job and went above and beyond what we expected and we would definitely use them again.

They were excellent out when they were out, didn't leave any mess. They had a couple spots that they missed, they came out and took care of.

IT WENT REAL WELL. THEY HAVE BEEN IN GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH US EVER SINCE THEY MADE THE BID. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT FIVE WORKING DAYS TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE FRIENDLY. IF THEIR WERE ANY MISHAPS THEY WERE GREAT ABOUT FIXING IT. THEY HAVE A COMPETITIVE BID. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY THREE YEAR OLD'S QUESTIONS.

We bought a house that had been painted by Bella Casa. After 18 months, we noticed that some of the paint was peeling. It was close to the end of the two year warranty and we weren't sure if it would transfer. After waiting a few weeks for warmer spring weather, Alan and his crew were out on the first nice day and did an excellent job repainting our house. It will probably need to be re-dashed in the future, but we will highly consider using them for other services and would definitely recommend them to anyone. It probably wasn't Bella Casa's fault that the old stucco wasn't holding the paint. To give a grandfathered customer the benefit of the doubt is incredible and we're extremely pleased.

Neat, polite and professional. The house looks great. Came when scheduled and completed work as promised. Guaranteed work and requested that they be called if anything had been missed but this has not happened yet.
