I called for an appointment to get an estimate & was treated very rudely. "Howie" has ZERO professionalism on the phone (on one of the two occasions I called him, he answered the phone: "What?"). Also, I could not get a commitment as to a time or even time frame for him to come to my house. He said he "may show up sometime" the next morning. Clearly unenthusiastic about getting my business, which would have been lucrative as I wanted quite a bit done to my kitchen & living room. Overall, highly unprofessional.

THE CRAFTSMANSHIP WAS EXTRAORDINARY, THE PRICE CAME IN AS PROMISED, THE WORK WAS FINISHED AHEAD OF TIME, THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND CREATIVE IN DEVELOPING ITEMS THAT WOULD FIT IN SMALL AND UNUSUAL PLACES
