Description of Work: An appraisal was needed to evaluate how to sell my house. I contacted BCL Appraisals on Friday and the receptionist connected me to Ron Retzer. He explained that house visits are done on a weekly basis so I would be contacted Monday. On Monday we scheduled the house visit for Wednesday. Mr. Retzer showed up on time and friendly but professionally looked over the house and measured the rooms. On Friday I received the report as an attachment to an email. It contained a price for the house and three similar houses nearby that had been sold in the past year. A detailed comparison was made between my house and the other houses to arrive at the final price. I am pleased with this fair evaluation and the easy, courteous way it was done.
