I contacted Laura to have various services done on my property. She/Barrett lawn care was good about getting a bid out to me. That made me pleased. The prices were in the middle and I felt like I could communicate with her well about the services that I wanted performed. That is always key to me! I am working with a painter right now on multiple projects and he is great about being concise, punctual and responsive - all things that I appreciate. I went ahead and had the services performed and I guess my satisfaction with the services and the follow up are just: blah.... Things were performed, but just not great. When I followed up with questions as to a few matters related to the services, I got what felt like a defensive justification as to what things occurred. Believe me - I am pretty open to working thru issues and finding a positive solution; I am not going to ding someone just for a simple mistake. My painter, for example missed a second coat of a whole room, but - zip! - he was right back there to make it right; he is going to get an "A" on Angie's List from me. It just felt like they were not "customer focused" and instead looking for a reason - whatever it may be - as to why things were or were not done. After all this (and maybe against my better judgment), I asked Barrett for a bid on a new project. I still have not heard back from them....not even a "thanks for the offer - I will get back with you with numbers!"

I was very impressed with their service. Jason Gough came out to give me the estimate and went over everything in the yard with me. He gave me care instructions as well as suggestion for what would grow in the shady parts of my yard. When he sen the estimate the following day he provided additional plant suggestion based on what he had observed in my neighbors' yards. Bartlett's crew showed promptly, reviewed the work order with me and got everything done in a timely fashion. They did a great job and left the yard cleaner than it was when they showed up.

It has been excellent. When they come out they clean up after themselves. They trim my shrubs symmetrically. The garden that was installed met my specifications and look great. The landscaping turned out nicely and spaced out nicely considering their future growth.
