I needed to do a bathroom remodel in my 1890s house. I have a huge bathroom on the 2nd floor, so not too many contractors were excited about the project because of my low budget $6000.00. I bought the following which are not included within the cost listed above: Tub, sink, waste/overflow, & fixtures. I originally had Tony come out to do an estimate on installing a Presto Bath in my basement so I could live in my house during the remodel. While he was at my house I had him take a look at my 2nd floor bathroom to give me an estimate on the above listed things. I had had about 5 other contractors come in and give me ridiculously high estimates for the same work. Not only did Tony give me a reasonable estimate, he exuded trust as he talked about the project. After a couple more meetings we scheduled the work to start the day after labor day. He worked around my schedule for a start date. I took care of most of the demolition, so things were ready to go on the first day. We had a couple of unanticipated issues like old wiring, a complicated roof line, and an unstable floor. Tony and his crew not only kept me informed of the progress, and issues, but offered solutions included within the estimate price. The work was done in five days. I got a follow up phone call and email a couple days later. Tony also told me that I could call him for advice or if I had questions about finishing the project. For a first time remodeler, and single homeowner, I don't think I could have found a better company to work with. I'm glad I looked outside the box and went with this company. I trusted Tony and his crew completely when it came to my house. It probably wasn't the most fun job for them, or made them the most money, but they treated me as their top priority the entire time.

They put this up and it is a very good idea for a second bathroom. They had to move my washer and dryer to put it in and they were very respectful. It is a lot cheaper than putting in an actual second bathroom.

It went very well, we were quite satisfied.

Requested a bid for basement plumbing work on remodel job. Plumber came out, was very nice and professional. We decided to go with another plumber for the work.

I can't say enough about how great these guys are - this is the third job they've done for me. Tony is extremely conscientious and sticks to his bid, even when unforeseen obstacles pop up (as they did in our 90-year-old house). He is on time, courteous and stays on task until the job is done. He coordinated seamlessly with my other contractors, which made scheduling much, much easier. As a former city inspector, he also provided advice about other aspects of my job, such as heating, which helped me ask the right questions when searching for other contractors. In short, he goes the extra mile.

Signed up for free estimate at the state fair. They called one day after the fair was over to set up a appointment. Tony came out and we were very impressed so we set up a install day for 3 weeks later. A lot of good quality work was done in 3 day's. Very happy with our new bath and will recommend Presto to many friend's.

The project went very well, considering how much of the work we were completing ourselves. Tony was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process - working with us to discuss (often in detail!) and form a construction plan, and answering many of our questions along the way. Tony and his crew were generally on-time, worked quickly and efficiently and were very courteous.

ALL DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY WERE WONDERFUL. FROM OUR FIRST PHONE CONTACT, TO GETTING INITIAL QUESTIONS ANSWERED, ALL THE WAY TO THE DAY THE WORK WAS DONE - WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. ALL APPOINTMENTS AND WORK START TIMES WERE RIGHT TO THE MINUTE AND OUR BILL CAME TO EXACTLY WHAT THE ESTIMATE WAS WRITTEN FOR. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WILLINGNESS TO SHOW US A PRESTO BATH AT THE FACTORY SHOWROOM. WE TOOK ONE LOOK AND KNEW THAT'S WHAT WE WANTED IN OUR BASEMENT. WE'VE BEEN USING IT FOR OVER EIGHT MONTHS NOW AND WOULD NEVER GIVE IT UP. WE'RE GLAD ANGIE'S LIST HAS PRESTO BATH LISTED FIRST.

All of the work was done exactly, as Tony explained it to us, over a two day period of time. The first day, only lasted for a few hours, as they prepared the basement for the plumbing work and installation, that was done the following day. All of the inspections were pre-arranged, so there was no delay or down time. We are extremely pleased with the results. Additionally, when we had a drain problem with the laundry tub, Tony came out himself to evaluate the problem. Once the drain was cleared, we felt that the problem more than likely existed, before the work was done. However, Tony would not let us pay for the drain cleaning. Clearly, this was above and beyond what was necessary and a perfect example of the integrity and level of service we received. We would recommend Presto to anyone.

These guys are amazing. Peter came out and gave us a very good estimate and an extremely clear overview of the work they would be doing. They showed up on the day scheduled and did a flawless job transforming a rough corner of our basement into a nice bathroom. We then finished the job later by adding walls and a door. All of their work was top notch. Highly recommended.

Job 1: Tony is simply excellent at what he does. A former city plumbing inspector, he makes sure everything is to code. His prices are very reasonable. I know I got a great deal. Tony has the highest integrity. He is conscientious, gets the job done, done well, super personable, likable & completely respectful. Job 2: Contracted Tony to come in & do major plumbing job in u/stairs bathroom .Tony installed & repaired piping in b/room floor, specifically roughing the pipe in to my specs. He did some amazing work w/the venting pipe from my tub that initially looked like it may have to come up through the floor (he made it so it didn't). He installed the fixtures. He came back several times - but not because he had made a mistake, there were several issues w/ the supplies that I had purchased & Tony made 3 additional trips, with absolutely NO complaints. He installed my dishwasher, attached a valve to my bedroom radiator, the pulling & reattachment the b/room radiator. Another great job!

Presto was very thoughtful and thorough in giving the estimate. However, we already had a complete bath, and just wanted to replace the shower stall. Presto is better suited for installing a complete bathroom unit in an unfinished basement.

Pete and Tony were prompt, clean, and wonderful to work with. They were in and out in two days which was amazing. The workmanship was excellent, everything worked perfectly and looks great. They hauled away all the old pipes, toilet, concrete, leaving behind only a clean, totally working bathroom. We would hire them again and highly recommend them.

By far the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. He returned our initial call quickly, showed up on time for the appointment, very professional. The quote was fair and reasonable and the job went just as Tony said. We had a bathroom in our basement in two days! Tony's crew is great too. The Presto system was perfect for what we needed in our basement. Tony also made sure any mess was cleaned up after the job was completed. I would refer this company to anyone and will at every opportunity.

This was my first experience hiring a contractor to come into my home to do any type of work, and it was GREAT!!! Pete, Tony and their crew did an exceptional job. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and friendly. The Presto Bath is a wonderful and affordable product for a small basement like I have. Before calling them, I had another contractor come in and give a bid for just doing a basement bath rough in; their bid was $6000! Pete came out to my house a couple of days after my initial phone call. He inspected the space I wanted the bath to go, and gave me a bid. Within two weeks, I have a new basement bathroom that I m extremely happy with. I just can't say enough about these guys!! They do quality work and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

We paid--literally--less than half of what the estimates were from the other four plumbers we contacted. Presto Bathroom Systems were punctual, thorough, and true to their word about finishing a very large job in two days. To call Tony Webster personable and conscientious is an understatement. He made a number of improvements to our existing plumbing at no charge and was careful to see that all of our needs were met.

WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE COMPANY. TONY PROMPTLY RETURNED OUR INITIAL CALL, WITHIN DAYS GAVE AN ONSITE ESTIMATE, AND DID THE JOB WHEN PROMISED. THE WORK ITSELF IS OF HIGH QUALITY IT IS EVIDENT THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND DO IT WELL. IN TERMS OF PRICE, THIS JOB WAS BY FAR THE MOST REASONABLE QUOTE WE RECEIVED FOR COMPARABLE WORK. WE GOT THE SENSE THAT OTHER COMPANIES WERE NOT INTERESTED IN DOING A SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZED JOB LIKE THIS ONE, WHICH LED TO EITHER LITTLE INTEREST ON THEIR PART OR RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FAR MORE WORK THAN WAS NECESSARY. WE WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND BARR WEB INDUSTRIES AND THE PRESTO BASEMENT BATHROOM SYSTEM TO ANYONE SEEKING A NEW BASEMENT BATHROOM IN THE TWIN CITIES.

THE PRESTO CREW WAS GREAT. ON TIME, AS PROMISED AND VERY CLEAN. THEY DID ALL OF THE WORK THAT THEY HAD INDICATED THEY WOULD DO AND IN LESS TIME; AND WITH LESS NOISE AND DIRT THAN I HAD EXPECTED. I AM VERY PARTICULAR AND HAVE VERY HIGH EXPECTATIONS. I'M HAPPY TO SAY THAT THE WORK THAT WAS DONE, IF ONLY ONE WEEK AGO, SEEMS TO BE AS NEAR TO PERFECT AS ANY WORK THAT WE'VE HAD DONE ON OUR HOME (WHICH HAS BEEN QUITE A BIT). MY IDEA OF DOING A GOOD JOB FOR THE SAKE OF SELF PRIDE HAS BEEN RESTORED, THANKS TO PRESTO.

THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB. THEY WERE IN AND OUT EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD & EVERYONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & PLEASANT. THEY HAD AN EXTRA CHALLENGE IN THAT IT POURED RAIN EARLY ON THE 2ND DAY SO THEY HAD TO WORK AROUND SOME WET SPOTS IN THE BASEMENT. TONY EVEN CAME BACK & HAPPILY FIXED A LEAK THAT JUST TURNED OUT TO BE A MATTER OF SCREWING TIGHT THE CAP ON THE LAUNDRY TUB DRAIN--SOMETHING I FOOLISHLY REALIZED THEN THAT I COULD HAVE DONE MYSELF. BY USING THEIR ANGIE'S LIST COUPON, I MORE THAN PAID FOR MY MEMBERSHIP. I HAD SEEN THE PRESTO BATH DISPLAYED AT A HOME SHOW AND THOUGHT IT A NEAT IDEA, BUT REALLY WASN'T THINKING MUCH ABOUT ADDING A 2ND BATH. I FOUND THEM ON ANGIE'S LIST WHEN LOOKING FOR A CONTRACTOR FOR A REMODEL OF MY MAIN BATH. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THEIR REVIEWS THAT I DECIDED TO DO THE 2ND BATH FIRST SO I'D HAVE A BATH TO USE WHEN I GET AROUND TO RE-DOING THE MAIN ONE. A GREAT, INEXPENSIVE ALTERNATIVE IN AN OLDER HOME THAT DOESN'T A LOT OF ROOM TO ADD A BATH.

OVERALL, IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. TONY WEBSTER SCHEDULED A TIME TO INSPECT OUR SPACE, AND RECOMMEND A SOLUTION. HE WAS ON TIME, VERY COURTEOUS, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. TONY SEEMS TO HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE CONCERNING BASEMENT BATHROOMS AND PLUMBING, AND HE WAS QUITE TRUSTWORTHY. TONY PROVIDED US WITH A BID AFTER THE INSPECTION. SINCE WE HAD THREE PREVIOUS BIDS FROM REPUTABLE PLUMBING COMPANIES (ALL QUITE HIGHER), WE ACCEPTED TONY'S BID AND SCHEDULED INSTALLATION TO BEGIN WITHIN 2 WEEKS. THE CREW WAS ON TIME FOR THE 1ST DAY (MONDAY), AND INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED BY 1PM ON TUESDAY (AS PROMISED). THE CREW CLEANED UP THE AREA BEFORE LEAVING, AND WE WERE ABLE TO USE OUR NEW BATHROOM IMMEDIATELY. IF GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO SO, WE WILL USE PRESTO AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

THESE GUYS ARE QUITE ACCUSTOMED TO WORKING WITH CITY INSPECTORS, SOUTH MINNEAPOLIS BUNGALOWS, CRAMPED WORKING CONDITIONS, ICKY BASEMENTS AND OLD PIPES. THEY ARE TOTAL GENIUSES. EVERY TIME MY OLD HOUSE PRODUCED SOME ODD-BALL GLITCH, THEY KNEW HOW TO DEAL WITH IT. TONY AND PETER AND THE REST OF THE CREW WERE COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL, OBVIOUSLY COMPETENT. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE THEM IN MY HOUSE EVEN FOR ONLY 2-1/2 DAYS. I DON'T SPEAK ''CONSTRUCTION TALK'' VERY WELL, AND THEY WERE OUTSTANDING AT EXPLAINING WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WHY. EVERY STEP WAS COMPLETELY CLEAR TO ME. THEY DID WHAT IT TOOK TO MAKE THE PROJECT SUCCESSFUL, AND THEIR PRICE WAS AMAZINGLY REASONABLE. THERE WERE NO EXTRA CHARGES, THE WORK AREA WAS CLEAN AT THE END OF EVERY DAY, EVERY PERSON ON THE CREW WAS PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH, AND THEY TREATED ME LIKE THEY REALLY CARED. I AM VERY HAPPY AND HAVE ALREADY EMAILED THEIR WEB SITE TO SEVERAL OF MY FRIENDS.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH PRESTO BATH. FROM THE ESTIMATE TO THE COMPLETED JOB EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY. GREAT OPTION TO ADD A BATHROOM TO A BASEMENT. JUST AS THEY ADVERTISED, THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN TWO DAYS. A LOT CHEAPER THAN A NORMAL CONTRACTOR AND A LOT EASIER THAN DOING IT MYSELF. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

TONY CAME OUT TO DO THE ESTIMATE- HE WAS WONDERFUL, VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL WHILE I WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE LAYOUT OF THE BATHROOM IN A VERY SMALL SPACE. HE WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL DURING ALL OF MY FOLLOW UP PHONE CALLS WHILE I WAS TRYING TO MAKE MY DECISION. I DECIDED TO PUT A CONVENTIONAL BATHROOM IN, BUT IT WAS A TOUGH CHOICE. YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY GIVE THESE GUYS A CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE IF YOU'RE PUTTING IN A BASEMENT BATHROOM- THEY ARE GREAT!

TONY IS EXCEPTIONAL ON RETURNING CALLS, ARRIVES PROMPTLY AND IS A REALLY NICE GUY! PETE AND THE REST OF THE GUYS WERE ALSO VERY PROMPT, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID A SUPER JOB AND ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE, EVEN WHEN THE UNEXPECTED HAPPENS... THEY DO WHATEVER THEY HAVE TO DO TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT AND ON SCHEDULE. TONY AND PETE AND THEIR TEAM WERE ALWAYS COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND PROMPT. AT ONE POINT, TONY EVEN SHOOK MY RUG TO THE BACK DOOR WHERE THEY HAD TO BRING UP THE TRASH TO THE BACKYARD! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS, AND I WOULD DEFINITELY CONTACT THEM AGAIN IF I NEED A BASEMENT BATHROOM IN ANOTHER HOME.

PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE. WE WILL PROBABLY GO WITH A TRADITIONAL BATHROOM AND FORGO THE PRESTO UNIT. BUT WOULD CONSIDER USING THEM IN THE FUTURE IF NEED BE.
