Excellent! I appreciate the office's courtesy and responsiveness, and Reuben was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The day began with an unpleasant surprise, but it got resolved efficiently.

Plumber inspected the sink, determined the trap was old and had to be replaced and the sink was loose and needed to be re-sealed to the countertop. Inspected our other bathroom (Ladies) and found it to be okay. Fixed the problem in about one hour. Great work, very professional and very reasonable price. I told all my employees how well it went, the reasonable price and recommended if they needed a plumber to call Barnes.

They were there on time and the problem fixed very well no problem since, people who live there are very happy.

They did a very nice job. Seemed to be quite efficient, cleaned up afterward, and voluntarily repaired some grout as well as shower head replacement. They were available within 2 days after we called them for an urgent (but not emergency) job, and we appreciated the quick service.

I called Barnes Plumbing because I had used them on one of my rentals with good results. I have a Kohler kitchen faucet and it had become loose in its mounting and also it was very hard to move the spigot from side to side. I was able to get an appointment quickly to do the service. Austin, the plumber, came out on time and disassembled the faucet, lubricated the spigot and reinstalled the faucet. About a month later, the faucet loosened again so I called and Austin came back out and tightened the faucet under their service warranty. Austin told me that he was not satisfied with the spigot movement and felt that we would have continued problems with this faucet. He told me that Kohler would probably replace the faucet under their warranty and that if that was done that he would come out again under their service warranty and install the new faucet. Kohler did replace the faucet (great warranty service by Kohler!) so Austin came out today and replaced the faucet. He noticed that the original installation had not been done correctly (not installed by Barnes Plumbing) and that the new installation should be much more durable. I am very impressed with the service that has been provided by Barnes Plumbing. They clearly are interested in having satisfied customers and I am certainly one of them. Austin was very personable, professional and accommodating throughout the service process. I highly recommend Barnes Plumbing.

I thought it went very well as he did unclog the toilet and he gave me the information I wanted on the water heater.

The job went well. The hourly rate was $160, so to save some money, it made sense for me to drain the 80 gallon tank before Michael the plumber/owner arrived. I ran into some trouble getting the tank's bottom value to release the water out via a garden hose. I called Michael and he told me sediment likely is clogging the drain value, and to stick some thin flexible wire up into the value to dislodge the sediment clog. That did the trick, and the water started draining out! By this time, my scheduled appt time was only about a half hour away, but he offered to delay the appt 30-45 minutes so I could get the tank completely empty before appt. That accommodation was appreciated.

I called first thing in the morning after I discovered the leak the night before. They were able to fit me in in the afternoon. The plumber that came out gave me a fair estimate to fix the leak. AS an after thought, I asked him to also replace the shut off valve that I did not mention on the phone. He finished in less time the he estimated, which made the total bill even less. I was very happy with the work.

I've used Barnes for numerous projects at my condo and later at my newly purchased house. The work was top notch and done quickly. In fact, I don't bother getting multiple estimates on my plumbing jobs, I just call Barnes.

Everything was done well except he didn't take the time to adjust the stoppers in the bathroom faucets very well. He was very efficient. All work was completed in two and a half hours!

When the work had originally been scheduled, I had needed to call them back to let them know that the cancer patient I had here was expected to pass away during the next couple of days and asked if I could call back later to re-schedule. That was no problem for them. When I did call back, the work date was scheduled in a very timely manner for the following week.

Garbage disposal removal went well. Dripping faucet required whole new faucet. Slow drain couldn't be fixed.

The plumber was very knowledgeable and pleasant, arrived on time, and did a good job with the installation. He also cleaned up after himself and left everything in good shape.

Arrived on time according to agreed upon time. Assessed projects. Determined game plan. $160 for an hour and to come to the home. Started with draining the hot water heater which was to be maintenance. I learned some things as well. Then replaced the broken facet in the kitchen sink. This took the majority of the time. Then went to the bathroom facet in the master bath tub. The water heater was still not drained. He showed me what to do when it was done so he would not have to stay around until it was done draining ( additional charges). He wrote down the directions very specifically. Darin was very friendly, professional, and recently new in the company.

It was difficult to find the leak, which was above a heat duct above the downstairs bathroom ceiling. He had to cut two holes in the ceiling (which already had a water stain so it needed to be re-done anyway) to find the source of the leak. But he found it and fixed it.

We called Barnes plumbing after another company forgot about us. Mike came out on a short notice did a great job, was clean and quick. Will defintely use again. Price was fair and reasonable.

I had the original plumbing and fixtures in a bathroom (50+ yrs old) and sprung a leak under the sink. Being that the plumbing was so old, there were no turn offs under the sink. Further, I couldn't get the faucet off so I had Barnes come out. It was New Years Eve and my regular guy was on vacation. I was thrilled they could make it on short notice and I didn't have to get someone out on a holiday. The man showed up and was very polite and punctual. He got right to work and ended up sawing off the faucet without damaging the sink. However, that's when the problems started. I asked if he could use the supply lines I already purchased or if he had his own. He wasn't planning on replacing them, despite the fact they were leaking and was part of my service call. Once I clarified this, he was happy to do so and I've had no problems with his work. I was a little upset that he left a ridiculous mess in the cabinet though. Further, I have an old house that will need a lot of plumbing work in the coming years. I asked him about a few other projects and he seemed rather uninterested and actually told me certain projects were not really a priority. This included replacing the faulty valve on the water main (which had led to flooding in the basement that day). I have never had a contractor talk me out of doing a project! Overall- the work is a decent quality, but had I not interrupted him, he wasn't going to do what I had requested and I don't have a lot of faith in a plumber that says replacing a main valve isn't that important.

The whole experience went well. They came out and fixed it and when the problem persisted, they came out for free a second time.

The rep from the company arrived on time and was very friendly. He did a thorough review of the space and gave us a timely quote. Unfortunately, it came in approximately $1,500 higher than another plumber that we wound up using. We were very pleased with the quality of work that was actually done so I don't know that the extra expense would have led to higher quality work.

Barnes Plumbing did a fantastic job. They came in with a very competitive bid. And refreshingly, they provided me with a bid very quickly (where many other plumbers did not). During the bid process, they took their time with me to clearly define what I was looking for and troubleshoot issues with me. They provided me with solutions so I could have the second story bathroom I wanted. Once work started, they were very professional, quick and easy to work with. I was very pleased with the quality of the work they did. They did not skimp on materials to save a few bucks. And they took their time to make sure things were done right. They handled all of the inspections with the City and there were no issues. The City inspector was very impressed with Barnes' work and said I made a good choice in hiring them. When it came time to install the trim and do all the finish work I could not have been happier. Everything looked amazing. And they took their time to make sure everything was in perfect working order. I love my new bathroom! I would not hesitate to hire Barnes Plumbing again. They do the job right and at a fair price.
