I needed a simple kitchen faucet replaced and they showed up on time and completed the work quickly and neatly. I would definately use them again.

The quote was for $4200. They did a great job. The guy was nice and he was on time. He explained everything that needed to be done before the work started. They were responsive and answered all my questions. They called me back when it was needed.

I've used these guys several times and they have always been on time, good price, professional. Very satisfied.

Went wonderful. From first call response to final repair took only 2 days. They worked quickly and were always prompt and neat. I cannot say enough about their willingness to come in asap to fix our leak. We are now looking at almost $10K of damage from it, and I'm just glad he could get in and fix it on such short notice.

They came right on time and did exactly what they said they would. They worked quickly and communicated with me periodically through the entire time they were there. Everything worked fine when they left. They cleaned up when they were done. Did not leave a mess.

Craig was very professional and worked very deligently. He ran in to some problems and talked it over with me before he completed the work.

I had two exterior faucets with problems. One had a leak caused by winter freezing (forgot to drain the pipe). The other had never worked quite right - it was just leaky all the way around the faucet itself, wasting lots of water. Chris came, replaced the leaky pipe (that was relatively simple - just replacing an elbow joint). The other faucet was more of a pain - the faucet was simply not salvageable. He replaced it with one that is "frost proof" (but its still a good idea to drain the pipes). In the process, he also had to replace some interior pipe, but this was not unexpected to me, and I feel better having new materials - we live in a very old house. He caulked, swept, left the place probably better than he found it. I think the price ($227 for labor and $85 for parts) is extremely reasonable. I called on a Thursday, and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday. As this was not an emergency, this was perfect.They only required a two hour window (12-2) which was great as well. I received a call from the main office on the day of, because they were running late, but even so, they actually came within the scheduled window of time.I would hire them again in a second.

Went very well. Mike did a very good job or researching the options for repair and replacement and called with the prices. Another plumber on the Barnes staff, Chris, did the installation. Was done on time, explained what had to be done, cleaned up afterwards.

I had a couple of very old valves on the gas lines leading to my kitchen and water heater. Both were leaking just enough to be able to smell gas once in a while. I called around and got four rough estimates, and Barnes' estimate was the best (half that of a couple of the others). Zach arrived shortly after the agreed upon time, was professional, friendly and personable. He got the job done quickly and efficiently, even while listening to all my questions. No complaints, only praise - hire these guys.

MIKE CAME OUT AND DID A FINE JOB. HE HAD TO UNDO THE WATER METER TO DRAIN ONE PIPE. AFTER HE LEFT I FOUND THAT THE WATER METER HAD A SMALL LEAK, SO I CALLED AND HE CAME OUT AND FIXED IT THAT NIGHT. . IS THAT GOOD SERVICE OR WHAT?

We called with the problem on a Thursday and due to it being a holiday weekend, they weren't able to come until Tuesday. We have a second bathroom so this wasn't the worst. I would have been more concerned if that was our only working shower. They called my husband to let them know when they were about ten minutes away and upon arriving put booties on his work boots before going through the house. The work was done quickly, but done well. They were able to find the problem in the drain and fix it without taking any pipes apart. The gas line was also capped off with no problems. We used the coupon on Angie's List to get $25 off the service call, but I was still pleased with the price.

Zach from Barnes was ontime and friendly. I will definitely use this company again and pass out the business cards that Zach gave me. Thanks Zach!

I scheduled this on short notice to try to close the sale of a house. They gave me a 30-minute window when the installer would arrive (granted, I was probably 1st on his schedule for the day) and he showed up right on time and got the job done quickly. Really, really, really pleased with the quick turn-around on this job -- they were a bright spot during a stressful week. :)

Chris called to tell us he was on his way and arrived on time. He installed our new faucet, and it only took half an hour. He was super nice and professional.

Zach arrived, put on booties before coming in and went right to work. He finished up the job in less than an hour and asked if there was anything else we wanted done as we were paying for an hour's time. He then took care of the leaky laundry room faucet at no additional charge. That's never happened before! He was not only competent but a very pleasant person to work with.

They were able to schedule within a day or two. They are efficient. There was some confusion about when they were coming, but when I called someone was at my house within 30 minutes.

Last August Mike with Barnes plumbing came out and fixed one of our radiators by loosening the valve and did not charge us. He advised if we checked all of the radiators ourselves and then called him back we would save money. We did as he advised and determined two of our 100+ year old radiators were not working properly. We made an appointment to have these radiators checked and we drained our boiler ourselves. Mike came right on time and did a great job replacing two radiator valves. He is very knowledgeable about boiler systems and we learned some important tips. The new valves work great and we are amazed at the amount of heat we get now!

Chris was friendly and professional. He explained the problems and our options, and worked quickly to complete our list of items. We will definitely call Barnes Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

They did a good job. All sorts of things that were problems are now working properly. The guy was respectful. Everything was cleaned. I would use them again in the future.

I received a call from my roommate telling me that there was water dripping from the ceiling downstairs. I called Barnes and they had someone that could come by the same afternoon. Zach was prompt, courteous, and was able to quickly find the leaking connection and fix it.

Water Heater broke and started leaking in the late afternoon on Good Friday. Chris missed a family trip up north and a birthday dinner to come out at 4:30 on Friday of a holiday weekend to install a new water heater for us. That is above and beyond GREAT service!!! He did an excellent job and was very professional, polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend Barnes Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

The rep Chris called and was ahead of schedule. He came and quickly fixed the clogged drain. He also found the laundry room sink drain was loose and fixed that. Did an excellent job and was professional and cleaned up after he was done.

We really like this plumber. We have used him several times. They come out and they are always really on time. They give you a 2 hour window as opposed to a 6 hour window. They always show up when they say they are going to show up. They put on booties when they come into the house. They are very professional, but very pleasant nice kids and they know what they are doing and they get it done really fast and the cost is really good. We have been with them for the past 3years, not that we have had too many issues with our toilets, but they have come out about 3 times so far. They have replaced an old toilet for us.
