Description of Work: This has been an awful experience. I have a leak from bathtub going down to.kitchen. Called plumber to fix. Opened panel myself, he said.we need to go through wall to find the leak. Rips out the wall plaster everywhere and then says he can't find the leak and maybe it is the caulk around the tub try that. I have a huge hole in wall and still a water leak???

Description of Work: I called the top-rated plumbers on Angie's list and didn't hear from the first one for two days. In the meantime, I selected Barnes Plumbing and we had a great experience. Zach found the problem in our shower faucet and was able to repair it. We had him come back later to install a new shower faucet that we purchased at Home Depot. Zach was very nice to have in our home. Very courteous and cleaned everything up before he left. I will definitely call them the next time we need a plumber.

Description of Work: Barnes moved two radiators so hardwood floors could be refinished. They moved them back in place after the floors were done. The job involved moving extremely heavy radiators, draining the water from the system, and then refilling the system with water. THey also replaced one valve that was missing from another radiator. They went above and beyond by also walking through my house and looking at my other radiators to confirm they were all in working condition. Zach was very trustworthy so I didn't hesitate allowing him to work at my house when I wasn't at home. I would hire them again without a doubt. I'm very happy to have found a company that clearly cares about providing professional and quality work at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Barnes Plumbing replaced a part on our boiler and then also just serviced our boiler and radiator.

Description of Work: I called with a problem that "Reyn" was able to help me out over the phone. He was very helpful and reassuring about the problem and the solution. He gave me many options to try, one of which worked! Based on his helpfulness and prompt response to my call I will be getting an estimate on another service estimate that I have been putting off because of the cost. Now I feel satisfied that I have found the right company to work with, thank you Reyn!

Description of Work: I had a friend who put in my sink after new countertops, and there was a leak in the pipe, so i called a plumber. All he had to do was pull it up and screw it together and said dont you hate it when its an easy fix?? it took about one minute and he did then put a hanger on the pipe to hold it up maybe another five mins, I also needed the handle on toilet fixed and he replaced something inside as well. It all took maybe 40 mins. he charged me 161.00 ( included one small part) then i had the coupon for 25 off so it was 136.00 for very little work. I was appalled, they gave me an estimate on the phone but didnt state that it would be a minumum of one hour charge. Basically what could I say, so i just paid it. The work he did do was professional though.
