+ -1 moreBrian was the techie who helped me, he showed up on time and got right to work. He walked me through what was going on and asked me several questions about how I use my computer for work and personally. He setup the computer to work for my exact needs.
Description of Work: My computer started running slower and slower, suddenly it stopped running programs. I called Backpack Tactics to see what was wrong. They removed a lot of "spy ware" and helped my machine get running again. I then hired them to install a number of programs to help me access files from my office computer on my home computer. They also created a file backup system for me. They were great!
