+ -1 moreTHEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT THIS MORNING SOMETIME TO DO THE WORK. I EVEN FOLLOWED THEIR SUGGESTION AND PRE-PURCHASED THE LOCKS AND DOOR KNOBS. NO ONE CALLED OR SHOWED AND IT IS PAST 2PM NOW.
Description of Work: I CALLED THEM TO DO A LOCK JOB, SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

+ -1 moreI CALLED AT 10:30 AND HE WAS HERE BY 12:00 WITH ALL THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT. I WAS IN A STATE OF MIND TO PURCHASE JUST ABOUT ANYTHING TO BE MORE SECURE, BUT HE ONLY SOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED.
Description of Work: DEADBOLT AND SLIDING DOOR LOCK PURCHASED AND INSTALLED.
