They were great. They were helpful in making suggestions. They had good relationships with suppliers that proved to be helpful.

There was a gap in time between estimate and date work actually started, but once BC started our job he was committed to it and did not work on other jobs. BC gave us a specific quote and his guess for time work would take was right on. He shortened the time we were without a shower as much as possible. BC gave us feedback regarding fixture brands and recommendations of businesses to buy supplies. There was a miscalculation in the amount of tile we needed, resulting in an additional expense, but able to return tile to recover money as well. BC was very thorough, able to handle the tricky floor tile design we chose, and able to fix outdated or dangerous existing plumbing and electrical issues. BC was able to remedy our concerns, and fix miscellaneous damages to our satisfaction. BC gave us daily updates of his progress, and when able to get procure additional help did so. When our house key was lost during this time, BC offered to replace our locks and did so at the end of the job.

BRAD MADE AND KEPT AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE, ARRIVED ON TIME, AND PROVIDED A COMPLETED ESTIMATE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE ALSO INVITED ME TO LOOK AT A COUPLE OF HIS CURRENT PROJECTS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. BRAD'S ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK SEEMED REASONABLE: HE WOULD HAVE DONE OR SUBBED ALL THE CARPENTRY, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICAL. I ULTIMATELY DID NOT USE HIM BECAUSE I DECIDED TO DO OR SUB SOME OF THE WORK (BUT NOT THE TILING) MYSELF; BUT I WOULD CERTAINLY CALL HIM AGAIN FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.

BRAD CELL COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ALTHOUGH WE DID A LOT OF THE LEGWORK OF THE PROJECT, HE DOES HIGH QUALITY WORK AND IS VERY DEPENDABLE.
