B&B removes all exposed receptacle covers and injects a dry or baited material to prevent insects from infesting inside the walls of the structure. 4. Special baits are placed in hard to get places, such as behind cabinets and drawers targeting specific pest. 5. B&B removes all unwanted webs and nest from inside and outside of your home. 6. A non-toxic drying liquid is placed around windows, doors and eves providing a long lasting pest barrier. 7. A weather resistant material is applied around the base of the structure creating a residual barrier. 8. A granular repellant is placed in soil and shrubbery around the structures perimeter. 9. Our Pest Management Professional notifies the homeowner of all applications performed and addresses any questions or concerns. Special Notes: 1. No preparation is needed. 2. Average time for treatment will vary. Quarterly Pest Elimination & Protection Treatment Procedures: 1. Our Pest Management Professional notifies the homeowner of all applications performed and addresses any questions or concerns. Special Notes: 1. No preparation is needed. 2. Treatments following initial will be on the exterior only unless otherwise requested for the inside.
