+ -1 moreSteve came out to our house to do a bid. He hardly asked any questions or gave any options on this in-home audio and security project. Basically, Steve was a horrible salesman. He promised to email the bid in a few days. A few weeks later we never received it, so I contacted the company. Kelly, the President/CEO, responded that Steve wasn't competent enough to send the bid to the correct email. But the good news is that they are so busy they don't even care much when they lose business! Good for them!

Description of Work: I had an appointment with Steve for Wednesday afternoon. He called Wednesday morning, and said he had a guy call in sick, so he had to go to a job site all day. I was understanding about the situation, and we rescheduled for Saturday at noon.That was the last time I heard from him. He didn't show up on Saturday, or call to notify me. I would call this extremely unprofessional conduct. If this is the treatment I receive when he is trying to get the work, it makes me wonder what it would have been like to get him to show up to do the job.

+ -1 moreThey came out within a day of calling to meet with me. They were on time and listened to what I was trying to do. They had a proposal for me 2 days later and once I signed it, the work started 2 days later and was completely done along with training me in 2 days. I had one issue after they left which turned out to be an operator error on my part but they came out and helped anyway at no charge!
Description of Work: This was a Family room upgrade for a Home Theater and some lighting control. Although these guys do some very high end jobs too, they were right at home with my smallish job and didn't try to over sell me.
