He described how to realign the sensors on the garage door so it would close and it worked! He didn't charge me, just helped me right away! Great service!

Quite well. The tech he explained everything that he went over my garage door and showed me how to oil the bearings. He also changed the change the code on the outside.

Both transactions were very positive. The diagnosis was spot-on, and yet there was no pressure to replace to operator at that time. For the second transaction, Aspen listened to my requirements and plans to eventually replace the door itself with a door that would likely be heavier They steered me toward a DC motor operator that would handle the extra load, and with that came battery-backup as well as the ability to integrate the operator with the rest of my smart home capabilities. As I recall, the DC operator increased overall cost from the low 300's to the mid 400's. Well worth it from my standpoint -- I'm glad they took the time to understand my needs and plans!

I called Aspen, and they were wonderful. Mike came out and replaced everything and explained things to me. He was AWESOME.

Aspen did a great job. I called Mike early Monday morning because our garage door opener had stopped working over the weekend. Based on what I told him, he clearly described my options, the least expensive of which was to replace a gear. When I opted for that route, he made no effort to up-sell me to a total replacement of the opener, even though our unit is getting pretty old. Someone came out that afternoon, and it turned out that he didn't even need to replace a part--just tighten the chain (which had apparently fallen off) and make some other adjustments. I already plan to use Aspen again when the time comes that I need to replace my opener.

Mike and his team replaced 54 garage doors for us and did excellent work. His prices were competitive and they did the work in the time frame promised and it was done extremely well. We have used him on a couple other smaller projects since and he has again done great work.

Mike and Dale came by and repaired our garage door, and replaced a twisted and rusted track, and a rusty roller. They explained to me exactly what they were doing. I also haven't used the keypad outside the garage in the 13 years we've owned the place. They attempted to get that going as well, but it was broken. as expected, they didn't have that keypad with them. But like I said, I expected they wouldn't. That was also not something I originally asked them to do. I did appreciate that they suggested looking online for a replacement rather than employing them again for another service charge etc. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly towards my kids. (sorry)

They replaced both springs and tuned up the garage door. They were very thorough and professional. We are very satisfied.

Tuesday night I had returned home from work and my garage door wouldn't open more than a couple inches. Called around multiple places to see if I could find someone for tomorrow morning as my sister's car was stuck in the garage. To be honest, I wasn't even leaving messages and still Mike gave me a call back at around 9pm! We scheduled for 7:30-8:30am the next day and he showed up on time with Dale. They were both friendly and prompt with their work. Mike was a pleasure to speak with and he gave me a good idea of what to watch out for with my very old door. Turned out BOTH springs has broken due to my negligence over the winter months and we decided both the track and rollers warranted some attention as well. The price was fair for the work and I will absolutely have them come back when my 1996 door begins to show its age again. Thank you guys for the emergency help!

Found out the spring system was outdated, was given multiple options on how to proceed,with different prices. The choice was completely up to me: replace with new door, multiple options, or fix existing door, etc. Decided to replace existing panels and update spring system.

Great. They showed up the day the springs broke and work was completed by the time I returned back from work.

Highly recommended! The torsion spring broke on my garage door so my vehicle was stuck inside with no way to lift the door up due to the weight. I spoke with Mike on Thursday evening and he was at our home the next morning at 7:30. Everything was fixed within an hour & the garage now opens & closes like new! Pricing is fair and service was prompt and professional.
