He gave me a call while he was on site (I had to be at work) to explain what he found and his assessment. I chose to have a new garage door installed. Mike gave me a good range of options and prices to choose from. Once I made my selection and told him, he ordered the door and kept me informed of what was happening and when I might expect delivery. The door was installed on the day and time I was told, and he did a great job. I'm so happy with the new door and with the service I was given. Aspen Garage will definitely be my go-to for any garage door maintenance and needs in the future. I couldn't be happier.
Description of Work: Evaluated my situation with a broken garage door and offered several solutions ranging from a repair to installing a new garage door. I opted to install a new garage door. Mike removed the old door and track, and installed a new door and track and hooked it up to my existing garage door opener.

Mike was courteous and patient with me as I asked questions and as he instructed me what to look for and where. I hope I don't have anymore issues with my garage door opener, but if I do, I will certainly call Aspen.
Description of Work: My garage door opener wasn't working, so I called Aspen hoping they could come out to determine the issue and fix it. They walked me through checking some items over the phone, turns out the magic eye was a little off kilter. A small adjustment fixed my issue, they didn't need to make a service call or charge me - what a fantastic experience!

He gave us information on what we were looking for; the pros and cons of the various doors that we were considering, and did a great job with the installation. He even went out of his way to adjust based on something that had happened with our remodel that made the garage door seal as tight as possible. It was out of the norm- but he noticed it, explained it, and made it work. I would highly recommend this company and Mike!
