Mike did a great job. He was out promptly and fixed the problem. Their price was very competitive for the service provided. I would definitely use them again for any garage door issues or to purchase new one.

The tech that came out was Mike. He thoroughly examined all of the moving parts and gave me a report on what he had seen. He indicated that some of the parts were in excellent shape, some were worn but still working, and that if they were to be replaced what options were available with quality levels. He also detected that the bottom rail was in need of replacement and I totally agreed. I decided I could probably do that work myself and he advised me on where I could buy one and how to install it.

The garage door is operating so much smoother now that the rollers have been replaced. This was a much needed repair.

Mike came out the same day I called and replaced the springs with the same torsion that I had. He thought they were a little weak for our door and came back the next day to replace them at n/c. I would have never known but he changed them anyway. Good customer service!

The service was excellent. Mike was here approximately when promised. He checked out the door, explained the rollers were wearing. Very professional and a helpful explanation. Could replace right there and then. Replaced rollers & performed maintenance. Appreciated that he took the time to explain what I should do and when. A short while after the work was completed, the garage door spring broke. I called and within a hour, Mike was back and replaced the spring Excellent service, professional and friendly. I bought Aspen Garage door tune up from Angieslist. The latest schedule available was in 2 weeks. Person came in time and gave me a call in morning. Tune up was done nicely. Now the unethical part. Person put a sticker of Aspen Garage door in my garage however he removed/teared off rest of the providers sticker who worked on my garage door including initial installation. How come the person assumed that he can tear off rest without my permission. I did a repair few months back with a different provider and that repair is still under warranty and I lost the contact details as the person tear that sticker off. Very unethical.

Tech was late because of vehicle problems, I was notified of the delay. Very professional, showed me the door condition, pointing out worn areas. Detailed what services he would provide, even showed me how to lubricate everything in the future. gave a great assessment of future longevity of doors.

Signed up for the $25.00 tune-up and received a telephone call within a day to set an appointment. Aspen arrived on time inspected and tweaked everything and noticed the rollers were worn. Not an upsell, just the facts. Replaced the rollers and the total cost of the visit was $100.00. In and out in an hour. Would definitely use again!!

Aspen Garage Doors called to arrange a time. The lady on the phone was very polite and pleasant. The serviceman came on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He lubricated all moving parts, and tested the opener. It didn't take him a lot of time, but the work was excellent. He also taught me to buy certain kind of lubricant and spray on chains before each winter.

Called them on a Saturday with a broken spring on our garage door. We also needed a new garage door opener. Mike was very helpful and responsive. He said he would come out the next day (Sunday) and fix the spring and install a new garage door opener. He showed up on time and proceeded to install a new spring and new garage door opener. His quote was the same as the final price. He also never charged for emergency service or weekend service. Wow, who doesn't charge for emergency or weekend service? No this company. The price stayed the same as the quote. Mike is extremely nice and very easy to have come to your home and do the work. We are extremely happy with the way the whole project was handled. Mike is very professional but also a nice guy. We would call them again if we needed to. We are very happy about the way the whole project was handled and with the professionalism of Mike and the company.

We could not be happier with the service. Mike was very friendly and down to earth. Responded promptly to all inquiries and was on time to do the work. I am most impressed that he was creative in finding a solution for us. Our particular model was no longer available, but he found something that was very similar. It saved us the cost of having to replace two complete garage doors. We requested several bids, none offered the solution of finding replacement doors. This saved us many hundreds of dollars. He was very patient with our questions, priced fair, and did quality work.

I purchased the Big Deal advertised on Angie's List that was $25 (50%) off. The deal was for a garage door tune up. Someone from Aspen promptly called me to schedule an appointment within a few hours of my purchase. I was given a 2-hour window for when the tech would arrive. Mike called me during that window to let me know that he'd be there within about a half an hour. My husband was the one who was home and met Mike, but he said he did good work. He did what the deal was for, and also recommended that we get new rollers on the door as well as the weather stripping piece at the bottom of the door. It was about $150. Since the new rollers have been installed, we now hear the noise of the garage door opener instead of the noise of the garage door itself. We didn't even realize that it needed to be done! My husband said he learned more than he ever needed to know about garage doors from Mike! :) We would definitely use them again and I feel comfortable recommending them.
