He was quick and he knew what he was doing.

Mindy gave us a specialized lube to use on the tracks for the door. One application, and noise problem solved.

My garage door is old and has broken down several times .. They serviced the door and advised that I do not spend any money on existing door because of it's age. I also wanted a rough estimate of the cost of replacement. Mike gave me information along with several options to consider. I now have their contact information inside my garage door so if and when it breaks again .. or I am ready to replace it .. I have their contact info readily available. They are great to work with .. and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Excellent. Price was fair, repair happened EARLY in the window provided (hurrah!), all my questions were answered clearly so that I understood what was going on. All trash picked up and removed from the property. They came when I wanted (Saturday morning). The next time I need work done on the garage door, Aspen will be the first called.

We found wire cable on one side was uncomfortably frayed. They replaced it for an additional but reasonable charge. Door wouldn't have opened if it snapped

The work was scheduled soon after my purchase, and the service technician arrived on-time. The technician performed the work that I expected and while it made things better it didn't entirely fix the problem. The technician explained to me that there was a gear inside the closer that needed to be replaced, but given the closer's 30+ year age that the entire closer should be replaced if at some point it stops working. I know enough about these things that I know he was being honest and providing good advice. As a result of my experience, I will definitely call these guys when the time comes to replace the closer.

Needed spring to be replaced, door jam was more due to friction on wood door jam.

As I have a detached garage, I asked that the tech come and perform the service while I was not at home. They agreed but asked for a phone number. The tech called me the morning of to tell me the time he expected to be at my house. Due to a phone malfunction, I did not get the call. The tech did leave a message saying he was at the house but nothing else. I got home to the operating cover hanging open. I did not have a chance to call the next day but decided to try the control. The garage door closed with no problem but would not open again. Luckily, I made the attempt with an empty garage. I called the next day to say I could not get into the garage. After a few calls back and forth between Mindy, the tech and I, I found out that the operator unit was broken. Mindy told me that "if I was flexible" the tech could come out on Saturday to get my garage door open, "probably in the afternoon. As I didn't hear anything by 9;30am, I went about my day. At 1pm I returned the tech's call (he had called at 10am) who sounded annoyed that I called and asked me what I expected. By that time I was so tired of his attitude, I asked him not to come. As it is an old garage, I will never be able to prove that the tech broke it, however the garage door worked when I left that morning and did not upon my return. Incredibly disappointed in both Aspen Garage Door for their horrid customer service and Angie's list for promoting their deal.

Every aspect went well. I called Aspen late evening and they did the repair the following morning. Repairman was prompt, professional and courteous. He was amazingly fast doing the repair. He also lubricated the rollers and bearings and gave me helpful maintenance tips. Excellent work in every way. Cost was reasonable too, especially with an Angie's list coupon.

They were very prompt in responding and very flexible in fixing a convenient date. Mike came on time and performed the work in a very short time. He took some time to explain to me how to lubricate the door twice a year and type of lubricant to use etc. The work was done well and they removed old door liners and left the place in a very clean condition.

I could not be adjusted any more than it was. I thought it might be the framing around the door that was off, but had hoped it could be solved with the adjustment. He told me what I can do to take care of that when I put the trim around the door. He offered to do that for me. Best part, I needed new seals on the bottom of the door. (Which I had already planned on doing myself.) The replacement was taken care of on the spot! I'm very pleased that Mike helped me out with that, because I found that I have commercial doors and I would have never been able to change that out myself. The replacement was unexpected and I was delighted to have that done. He used the seal material that he has, which was much nicer than the replacement package I bought at H.D. Mike was well equipped with knowledge and tools needed. He's super kind and wanted me to be happy with using his company. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Aspen for any of your garage door needs.

Extremely happy with the response time and work performed. Aspen had my door back working again before other companies even had a chance to called me back.

It was alright but my garage door is still not fixed. The cold weather hit and it got damaged again. So I have to call them back. They were her on time and did what they were supposed to do. It's just unfortunate that the door wasn't fixed.

Fine. The garage opener is old and he fixed it so it will be good for another 5 years. We had to buy a few parts, but we felt we got a good deal and that they were trustworthy.

Service was amazing -- from the moment I called I received prompt, courteous help. Mike arrived quickly (on a Sunday afternoon) and was able to fix the garage door. He was knowledgeable, helpful and so pleasant to work with. I will call Aspen Garage immediately in the future if I have garage door needs. Excellent all round.

Aspen did an excellent job. I called them in the morning and they told me that they would come out the same day, which I appreciated because I had to open and close my door manually. Around 1 PM they followed up with a phone call telling me that it would be toward the end of the day but they would come out so not to be worried. They came around 5 PM and replaced the broken springs. The techinician also told me that by replacing the rollers the garage door would also be much quieter. Did not pressure me at all, just made a recommendation which I accepted. It made a huge difference an dI am glad I went for it. I am very satisfied with the service and I would definitively call them again.

A very positive experience. Service representative (Mike) called ahead with his anticipated arrival time. He listened to my concerns regarding the door weather stripping not sealing well against the garage floor allowing rain, snow and debris to enter the garage. He determined that the garage floor was not level and that the door was also out of alignment. He replaced the weather stripping with a metal retainer and rubber gasket. He then adjusted the door creating a firm seal with the floor along its entire length. I waited before writing this review because I wanted to see how well the new seal held up through a few storms. During the week following service we experienced several heavy rain storms and also strong wind. The new seal works great! - there has been no infiltration of debris or rain. After completing the fix of the weather stripping the service representative inspected the door and all of its components. He showed me that the original cables were fraying and explained that they could eventually break. I am very pleased with the work performed and the professionalism of the service rep.

Excellent. Technician inspected all parts of garage door and opener. Said the opener was working properly and had more than adequate power for the garage door. He lubricated the door, replaced worn plastic rollers with nylon ball bearing rollers and pointed out that the door bottom seal was torn but was not a significant concern. Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. Garage door was infinitely more quiet. The technician provided tips for maintaining the garage door going forward.

Aspen Garage door was very punctual. We scheduled a time for the technician and he was right on time. In addition to the great services they provided, he also took the time to educate me on garage door preventive maintenance on garage doors.

They answered the phone at 9pm and scheduled service for the next morning, making sure that I could get my car out in time to leave for work. The whole service took less than an hour. They were great to work with and inexpensive. A++
