I was calling to schedule an appointment and was given great advice! Before spending money on a service call I was given suggestions to attempt to fix the problem myself... I admit I am NO repair man, but they answered the phone on one ring and after listening to me told me what I could try before having a service call and cost incurred! If it does not work, you know they are my only call!

The garage door spring broke on Sunday (of course) it took all are strength to lift the VERY heavy wooden garage door to get our cars to the driveway so we could run errands. I sent a message to ASAP on Sunday through Angie's list and got a response back that evening. He was out the next morning and fixed the spring and also gave us a great quote on a replacement door.

We were pleased with the quick and quality service. The problem (broken spring) was recognized immediately, and within an hour, the garage door worked more smoothly than it ever has. Hope we don't need to, but we would definitely use ASAP again!

Spring broke about 10 am. Called Todd and he scheduled my service call at 2pm the same afternoon. He arrived and had the repairs completed within 45 minutes. We are extremely grateful to Todd for his quick response and the repairs he completed. In the future I will have no hesitations using ASAP door co. Thanks Todd.

They came on time, had things moved over in no time. Gave me a few pointers for maintenance

We called Todd about 10am and met him at 12pm. It took about 30 minutes and was done quickly and professionally. We have used ASAP before and would do so again.

It was okay. We had them come out to fix it and they started fixing it and then we asked how much it was going to cost and how much would it cost for a new one and so we had them stop fixing it because we wanted to replace it at that point because it was going to be not much more. It would have been nice to just have them say here are your options, what would you like to do instead of us having to kind of ask for it because we ended up having to pay him for the little bit of work that he did repairing it. The communication factor was needing improvement but the work that he did was really nice. They were in and out and didn't make a big mess. We didn't really notice that they were there.

The company was quick to provide an estimate for replacing a garage door, prompt to do the actual work, and all went smoothly.

6:30am (sub zero temp), attempted to open garage door. Garage door would only open one foot from ground. After several attempts, the overhead opener made a strange sound and the door would not open at all. I called ASAP Door at 6:45am. Todd answered the phone immediately and had me check to see if my spring had broken, which it had. He gave me an estimate and said he would be at my home within an hour. After arriving promptly, Todd found an additional problem in that my gear and shaft assembly on the opener was badly worn and in need of repair as well. He replaced both springs along with the gear and shaft assembly on the opener within a couple of hours. The door operates smoothly and quietly. I was very impressed with Todd's quick response time considering the hour I called. The professional service along with a reasonable price made an excellent experience for me. I will be using ASAP for any garage door issues in the future and will recommend ASAP to friends and neighbors.

I backed out of my garage door when it wasn't fully opened last night and caused the door to get off track. I called around 8:30 a.m. today and ASAP said they'd be able to come out within a few hours. Todd came out when promised (within a half and hour of the promised time) and fixed the door promptly, for a very fair charge--especially considering same day service!! In this weather, that's worth everything!! Thank you!!

We had a crappy garage door to begin with... and it got busted up when the operator plate/bracket ripped off the door because the door was frozen to the ground. The springs were busted and it was an opportunity to get a new door. Even though it was around 0 degrees today, ASAP Door Company got a new garage door installed for me. The quality of the door is about 3 times better than the previous door. The installer was very professional and did a fantastic job. I will call Todd in the future if we have any garage door problems. I will also recommend him to any one else who has garage door issues. Thank you!

I called Todd at about 2:45pm on a close-to-holiday afternoon because I pulled a proud moment backing into our garage door, not realizing that it hadn't fully lifted up. Since it was badly bent and off track, I was concerned about the security of not being able to close it that night. He made sure that he could fit us into his schedule at the end of that day, while other companies I called wouldn't have been able to fit us in before the next day. When he came, much to our relief, he was able to completely repair the door without needing to replace any parts of it, but he still took the time to fully oil all the joints of the door, replace burnt bulbs in the motor, and adjust the sensor. We were extremely pleased. We paid for a repair, but also received a tune-up and an education of how to maintain the door better, all within a few hours of calling him. We hope to not have any garage issues in the near future, but if we do, we would not hesitate to have ASAP Doors the one we would call, no question.

Top notch service - can't compliment Todd enough. He had an issue at home yet made sure to go out of his way to handle it as he knew I had just had surgery. I would only use him in the future.

The service tech. was on time worked fast and was very pleasureable.

I had been having issues with my garage door for several weeks, including rough tracking, uneven tension on the two sides of the door, and inconsistent response from the remote. The door would frequently stutter when closing and began to periodically reverse midway down. Occasionally it would take 5-10 tries to get the door to close all the way. Eventually, the remote openers would not open the door at all and the interior button required me to push and hold to get the door to close. I was forced to manually open and close the door when arriving in my car. I finally called ASAP Door based on reviews on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. Todd diagnosed the main problem with misaligned sensors over the phone and I was able to correct this problem on my own once he told me the issue. I had Todd come out and check all the other aspects of the door to see if he could find ways to improve the functioning of the door. He gave me advice about what to avoid (the previous owners had applied a grease to the tracks that was caking and decaying with time) and replaced the pulleys on the tracks which had worn down causing the bearings to be loose. He also reattached the weather seal on the bottom of the door. The seal had become detached in several places due to repeated freezing to the ground the past few winters and was hanging off the door in most places. The door runs consistently, smoothly, and more quietly after his repairs. Todd was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I was extremely happy with the work, thought the price was fair for labor and parts, and will happily call ASAP Door again when I need additional repairs.

I came home from work to find that my automatic garage door would not open and with one of our cars still inside. I called Todd at ASAP Door at 7 pm expecting to leave a message. He not only answered the phone, he found time to shedule the repairs the following day. On the phone he indicated what he believed the problem to be and gave me a rough estimate. He arrived promptly, discovered additonal problems which we suspected, worked extremely hard and left my garage door operating smoothly and more quietly than it ever had. He was professional, very competent and reasonably priced. I would call ASAP again without hesitation and recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Professional and personable, which is harder. Showed up on time (actually, a little early). The tech also let me know about future problem I may face and possible cost-effective solutions to the problems. When I have the door replaced in the Spring, ASAP Door Co., Inc. is going to be my contractor of choice!

It went well. He arrived on the time - he said he would come before noon today he did. He replaced the spring and then made a useful reinforcement to the garage door opener. Put grease around the wheels. Troubleshoot the keypad entry too. Was happy with the service I got from him.

Great very well done. Just waiting to get a weather strip that did not fit correctly.

ASAP Door was very responsive. My car was trapped in the garage with the door jammed mid-way up, and I needed to be somewhere that evening. Even though it was after hours, Todd was able to come out within an hour of my calling him. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work replacing the broken cable. He oiled and tuned up the garage door so that we wouldn't have future problems. He also tuned up the companion garage door. As it was after hours, he charged me an additional $30, which I thought was reasonable. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very professional. Overall, we were impressed with ASAP's service. We will keep Todd's card and call him the next time we need any garage door work.

The total cost was a bit more than what we would have paid if we'd bought a new opener & tried to install it ourselves, but as we needed a special installation of an unusual type of door opener, and Todd knew exactly what we needed, and handled the complete removal of the old, bad system and the installation of the new opener so efficiently and professionally, the cost was very fair, and worth every penny. Not to mention the peace of mind of knowing that the new opener is safe, up to code, and so much better than what we had before. Long story short, we received spectacular service from Todd / ASAP Door Company and cannot recommend him highly enough. We will call him first if we need help with the garage doors/ door openers again in future, and will advise everybody else who needs garage door/door opener service to do the same. Thanks Todd!
