Very good customer service. Delivery was prompt and they were willing to arrange specific delivery time so that I could meet them during my lunch hour. Top soil quality appears to be excellent. Price includes tax and delivery costs.
Description of Work: Delivered 2.5 cubic yards of topsoil for garden. Driver was able to maneuver dump truck into very small driveway in order to dump the soil closer to my garden area.

I HAD ARRANGED ON FRIDAY FOR SOIL TO BE BROUGHT OUT ON SATURDAY. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I TRIED TO CALL THEM TWICE AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. THIS WAS VERY FRUSTRATING BECAUSE WE HAD PEOPLE WAITING TO HELP US BUT WE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE WE NEEDED THE SOIL. WHEN I CALLED ON MONDAY, THEY DIDN'T APOLOGIZE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT DELIVER WHEN IT IS RAINING, BUT IT WAS NOT RAINING AT MY HOUSE. SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE RETURNED MY CALLS SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO SIT AROUND WAITING AND WONDERING ALL DAY.

NO WAY TO KNOW IF THE COMPANY WAS OPEN ON THE DAY SERVICE WAS SOUGHT.
Description of Work: CALLED ON A SATURDAY TRYING TO GET PRICING INFORMATION. NO ANSWER, THERE IS A MACHINE ASKING YOU TO LEAVE A MESSAGE, WHICH I DID. BUT, THERE WAS NO RETURN CALL AND NO WAY TO KNOW IF THEY WERE OPEN ON SATURDAY.
