God; they were polite, on time and did a nice job

Very good, they followed instructions, cleaned up, etc. I’ve used them before for major tree trimming projects, and am impressed with them.

We called Don after the storm and told him about the tree that went down. We have been working with him on this tree as it has had some problems and he told us that it may last 4-5 years The storm was just enough to take it down. He responded right away with a quote and the next day his crew were there and got it cleaned up and hauled away in an hour. We have done business with Don for several years. He is honest and his crew is awesome. They are very organized and get things done and it looks like they were never there. We recommend him to friends and family.

It could not have gone smoother. Don was very responsive/prompt to coming out and doing the bid. At first I was focused on having the willows removed because they are such a mess. But Don suggested merely cleaning them up a bit, cutting out the dead stuff and lifting the canopy. He was right, they really look amazing! He also suggested removing 2 of the ash trees as they were on their way out. The guys did such a great job with the removal and covered the spots with dirt flush with the ground, ready for me to lay grass seed. I also want to comment on how well Don and his office staff kept me informed during every step of the process. He was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely call him again in the future.

It turned out well. They did a good job. They don't use those clamps and crawl up the tree, so they don't leave holes in the trunk.

We were very pleased with the quality of work done by the Arbor Tree Services Crew. They were cordial, helpful, and accommodating. The arborist took time to review the work they would do, answer our questions, and give us knowledgeable information and advice. He made sure our requests were fulfilled and that we were completely satisfied with the finished product. They did a great job cleaning up. The cost was reasonable. We would recommend them to our friends and would use their services again in the future.

I called for an estimate, and Don called and came out the next day. He said that it would be about 10 days before he could do the work, and that was fine we were in no hurry. He called about a week later and said he could come out the next day. His crew was at my house before 8:00 am and was there until about 3:30. They did a beautiful job. They cleared up all the branches and brush that was left, and even cleaned up the leaves that fell onto our deck. I would definitely use them again.

I never saw Don until the day that the work started. I left a message telling him what I needed and he responded with a written quote that I found on my front door the next day. I called Don and was told that it would be approximately one week before they could do the work. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived the very next day. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. Great team. Great Company.

Wow, amazing service! Worked with Don on a quote, came in at the best price. They were able to get out and perform the work 2 days after accepting the quote. The quality of the work was way above my expectations. The yard was cleaned by the crew, no left over branches or tire marks. The large ash they removed was ground down below grade and filled with black dirt. The trimming on a large ash and elm was perfect, removed all the branches that were causing problems. Would highly recommend using Arbor Tree.

Called Don and he came out with an estimate. They came out and immediately started thinning out the front tree and the others went to the back to take care of the trees and bushes. They hauled away all of the branches and cleaned up all the loose leaves. We have used this company several times and have recommended them to several of the neighbors. They checked and found that they were the best price for the project that they needed. Great job, price and people that worked for the company.

Very professional, on time, and did a fantastic job. They were very accommodating to our needs and made our backyard look a hundred times better. They were efficient, it only took a couple of hours, and completely cleaned up the mess afterwords as well. They were incredibly friendly, easy to work with, and did an outstanding job all around. I would highly recommend them.

Don Lawrence, the owner, responded promptly to my call to get an estimate. He arrived on time and gave me an estimate on the spot. We agreed to have him complete the work. He let me know then that he was scheduling 7 - 10 days out. When we got a time set the crew arrived on time as well. i expected one or two people but I got the full crew of six plus equipment. the work was done quickly and efficiently. The yard was cleaned up as expected and the crew was on their way in about 30 minutes. I would certainly recommend Arbor Design for tree work. The price was competitive and Don was easy to work with. Thumbs up.

Talked to him one day, he came out and did the job the next morning. We we're not home so he left the invoice in the door.

Amazing to work with! Prompt return call. Cost was much cheaper then I thought it would be. Also much cheaper than my other estimate. They came out when they said they would. Clean up was so well done I couldn't tell they'd been there. I can very highly recommend them!

Don, could not have been more prompt on our estimate, called in am on 10/31/13 and was contacted right away. Don came out personally same afternoon to write a bid on our project. He was very good at listening to our concerns. Suggested some of the work we wanted done, but we were not sure if this was also what his company did. He gave a thoughtful estimate on when his crew would be available, and called very soon (Monday following our bid/ request he do the work), however, we could not reach him timely on that date/time. He called day prior to our service date, 11/14/2013 letting us know they would be here by 11 am. He personally showed up early to this time. I believe his crew did appear timely, with much equipment. We watched attentively as his crew skillfully removed the large tree, very aware of our underground irrigation situation. Two tree stumps were chipped out also on this job. One additional stump (not part of this job) was trimmed flush with ground. In our back yard, trees also were carefully trimmed. We have overhead utility lines, and our own concern was how to get these down, without breaking the lines. This crew was very respectful of our neighbor's and our yards. Some of this also was over their yard, and our concern was if/ when this large limb would come down it may hit their home. All our concerns were addressed. Both the large tree and the limbs were expertly/ efficiently removed with no damage to property. Crew also went above and beyond to clear the small debris, and dispose of all tree and brush on this job. We would certainly recommend this business to our own friends and family to use. Very, very satisfied with our experience. Also found 10% coupon on Angie's List, which they deducted. Price found to be very reasonable in our eyes. We are already discussing possible other issues possible for spring.

Service was excellent. We called to schedule an estimate and they came later that same day. The estimate was far lower than other place we had came out, and they could fit us in in about a week an half. The day of the appointment, they were in and out in under 2 hours. All that was left of an annoying birch that was leaning and cracking was a pile a mulch (now being used around the landscaping). Overall, couldn't have been better!

They were very quick to give a quote and scheduled it according to my wishes. On the day of the work they were at the house before I got up and the entire tree (75 ft) was gone within a couple hours. They destumped it and filled in the hole and cleaned up very good.

I’ve been using them for years and I’ve always been very happy with them. They do a top notch service. They are prompt at their estimates and it’s a free estimate. They come out and does exactly what they said will do it. They do a wonderful job of cleaning up when they are done. They did an amazing job.

The cost was $525.00. It would have been more but because they were all ready there I saved $100.00 to $125.00.00. I had a couple other companies out for estimates on two trees and they wanted $900.00 or more. Arbor Design came out with their equipment and were very considerate and helpful. I asked them to do some extras and they did it. The owner Don came back later and sprayed to make sure the trees will not come back. The only area of improvement I would suggest is that they call back. I have been calling and because I also have to schedule around things I need to be called back.

I understand they were busy but a call-back would have been nice, even just to say they were too busy to do the work for a couple weeks.

The kids in our house enjoyed watching the six man crew who really seemed to get along well, and work efficiently. The staff was very conscientious of a garden in our front yard, and routinely checked in to make sure access points to and from the area were clear for use by our family. The price they bid was hundreds lower than others, and the wisdom they used in trimming our large box elder will earn them a call in the future. Well done all around!!
