Excellent, works fine

Sergio was fantastic. He provided same day service and arrived within the anticipated time span. He called when on his way. He was thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. He had the equipment needed for the repair and to clean the dryer. Fortunately, it didn't need parts ordered. He easily shared his expertise, showing me the problem and the solution. He's very comfortable with people but also professional. He gave an estimate before starting the work. He is the business so he is very responsible with excellent customer service.

Excellent. The initial symptom was a leaking water line. Sergio was able to come to my residence quickly to address this issue. Once this was fixed, ice maker did not work. Sergio made a trip out to see if restarting the ice maker would solve issue. When it didn't, he made another trip out to replace. He would not charge for labor on either of the last two trips out, even after I insisted on paying him something for his time. This guy is more than fair.

This was a tricky fix as leaking water line was main symptom. After that was fixed, ice maker did not produce ice. Sergio came back out and replaced ice maker. Sergio was extremely prompt and professional. He didn't immediately jump to replacing the ice maker, but tried a couple other fixes first. Sergio's pricing was more than fair. For the first time in my life, I tried to tell him he needed to charge me more.

Excellent. Sergio was considerate and fast. Took precautions to wear foot covers when in house. Price was reasonable for the simple loose wiring that was discovered.
