Not well, they ordered multiple parts over a month span and NEVER FIXED IT! We ended up having to buying a new one

Very well. Quick, clean, professional. Had to swap out dishwasher motor.

Great! Sergio had diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher within 5 minutes of arrival, and was able to locate the part needed to repair it. We were back up and running by the afternoon. He also didn't push the repair, giving us the option of looking into replacing the unit instead. Since we are planning a remodel at some point, we went with the fix. Since he had to pull the dishwasher out to do the repairs, he was also able to level out unit. Until then we were dealing with the top rack shooting out whenever we opened the door.

Sergio did an excellent job of diagnosing the problems for both appliances. He asked for the dishwasher model number before arriving so that he could bring the parts with him, which I really appreciated! I called him on Monday and he came to do the work on Tuesday. Punctual, considerate and very competent. I would highly recommend him!

Sergio assessed the situation thoroughly and concluded the washer would cost way too much to repair. We kinda thought that might be the case, but needed a professional opinion. An important seal at the bottom of the drum had broken. He is professional, personable and experienced. We would use him should we have other needed repairs.

Sergio was great. He came promptly, explained things clearly, was very polite, knew what he was doing, did a great repair job, and his repair work was quite affordable.

Sergio was punctual and very professional. In about ten minutes, he told me I could pay $300 for a new transmission, but I'd be better off buying a refurbished direct-drive machine. He even gave me guidance on how to select a used machine.

Just fine. Sergio was able to come in 2 days at 8:30am and fix it. There was a hole in the pump housing caused by a nickel. He immediately drove to St. Louis Park to get the brand name replacement pump. He only uses brand name parts and warrants his work for a year.

It was a great experience. Sergio diagnosed the problem and provided a quote for the cost to fix it. He then drove to get the necessary part and did the repair. He cleaned up after himself and the stove works great.

Sergio was amazing! Professional, did superb work, spent extra time to make sure the dishwasher fit in the space perfectly, spent extra time giving great advice on how to operate and care for my new appliance. His estimate was very accurate, I felt I should have paid him more for all the extra work he did. I will hire him again and I will recommend him to friends.

I can not say enough good things for the job that was performed. Sergio was on time ( a few minutes early actually) and explained everything that he was doing. He recommended several things and showed me how to do them. The reviews on here are excellent and I don't think that they demonstrate how good Sergio truly is. If an A+ rating were available, it would definitely apply to Sergio. After a terrible experience trying to schedule repair through the local appliance dealer that the oven was purchased from (and who wanted to charge me $99 upfront just to schedule the service call), I saw the reviews on Appliance Repair MPLS and Sergio and decided to give him a shot. Completely professional, friendly, on-time and knowledgeable. He was thorough and got my oven working again. He then went so far as to say, "I guarantee my work so if you have any issues after I leave, give me a call and I'll make it right." When all was said and done, he charged me only $20 more than what the appliance dealer was asking for just the service call alone. Almost makes me look forward to the next time I need appliance repair - ALMOST. ;-)

Pleasant on phone to make the appointment. Came on time, very polite and neat. Started to work immediately. Finished the job - made no mess and even cleaned out a tray that I could not get out and showed me how to remove it with limited mobility I have. All and all a a great experience.

Sergio was responsive and courtesy. On the phone during our initial call, he was thorough, asking detailed questions. He arrived promptly same day, and was even able to install the new evaporator fan motor since he successfully diagnosed the issue via phone. When he arrived, he worked swiftly, yet thoroughly, and took the time to explain what he was doing, and answer my questions. I very much appreciated that the invoicing and receipt process was done via email -- much easier for me to keep track of electronic receipts than paper receipts.

Sergio was efficient, friendly, neat and worked diligently to fix my mess. He is timely and neat and puts shoe covers on to protect floors and carpets. He cleaned up everything. A good honest man.

This was a great experience! Sergio was extremely professional, arrived in the agreed upon time frame, and even went above and beyond expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosing my issue quickly, and then he also helped me run the drain line better, ran the unit through a cleaning cycle, and even cleaned the outside of the unit before he left.

When Sergio responded to my message, he was happy to offer advice (and safety precautions) to help me diagnose the problem myself, in addition to giving me a quote for a diagnosis-only visit.
