+ -1 moreTim did a very nice job on our floors. The stairs were particularly difficult to sand as portions were painted. Despite this, Tim worked quickly and we are happy with the end result.
Description of Work: Refinished about 900 square feet of oak flooring as well as two sets of stairs (risers, treads, and skirts).

+ -1 moreA fantastic job. Work was completed in 7 days time. Tim was on time, cleaned up, worked around our schedule and needs. Price was excellent- he should charge more for his work.
Description of Work: Work included new hardwood floor and finishing in an existing kitchen and new addition. Stair nosing and riser trim was included. Flooring was 1 1/4'' wide x 3/4'' thick white oak matching the existing floor of the house.

+ -1 moreTHEY USED MY TOOLS WITHOUT ASKING. THEY DID NOT CLEANUP VERY WELL EITHER. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP ON TIME AND WERE NOT VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY DID AN AVERAGE JOB AT BEST.
Description of Work: THEY REFINISHED ALL MY HARDWOOD FLOORS.

+ -1 moreBEAUTIFUL JOB. VERY REASONABLE COST. INCLUDED CLEANING, MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES AND A SPECIAL FLOOR CLEANING SYSTEM TO KEEP THE FLOOR LOOKING GOOD FOR YEARS TO COME. ALSO VERY TIMELY. WE WERE GOING TO BE MOVING IN SHORTLY AFTER THE FLOORS WERE FINISHED, SO WE NEEDED THE FLOORS DONE IN A CERTAIN TIMEFRAME. EVERYTHING WAS FINISHED ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE.
Description of Work: REFINISHED HARDWOOD FLOORS ON OUR ENTIRE MAIN LEVEL, PLUS THE STAIRS.
