It was a nightmare. It seemed like the guy who did the steps had never done concrete work before. They came with absolutely new boards to set up. He wouldn?t listen to the St. Louis Park inspector, who gave him a print out of how the steps should be done. He threw it in his truck and refused to look at it. I knew something was wrong. He told me he had been doing this for 25 years. Now everything has to be pulled because nothing was done right. He came back, and redid them and made a bigger mess than before. And now my back door doesn?t work, and I?m afraid for my foundation, and I need to get this job done now, it?s making me really nervous. I?ve tried calling and no one answers. I?ve gotten no response from the company in regards to my complaint. The city will not even pass this, there is no footing, no expansion barrier. The patio flows towards the house, so when we had a big rain, the water came in the basement. The new contractor who came out, said he has never seen anything quite like this. They did my roof for me before as well, and it went really well and I have no complaints on that. So my complaint lies with this man, Daniel, who did the cement work.
