The service was great. There were no extra fees on top of the $130 Big Deal cost. It was easy to schedule. They were on-time and professional; all of those things were fine. It turned out as expected.

We are disappointed in the service we received. We purchased an Angie's LIst coupon for 3 man-hours of cleaning for $100 (2 cleaners for 1.5 hours). One of the cleaners (older woman) seemed to be relatively efficient and focused, and she did a good job cleaning the bathrooms. A younger woman who was with her seemed mostly focused on the passage of time and letting us know the rate we should expect to pay if they stayed longer than the time allotted on the coupon. 45 minutes after their arrival, it appeared that all the younger woman had accomplished was vacuuming 2 rooms and half of another room. As a point of reference, I vacuum those 3 areas in 15 minutes or less on a regular basis so I'm really not sure why it took so long. She spent the remainder of her time here (1.5 hours) cleaning the stove and a small counter in the kitchen. I'm pretty sure that's all she did in 2 hours 20 minutes - (15 mins worth of vacuuming, stove, and counter) - that and remind us about how much time was left. We asked them not to go over the coupon time by more than half an hour. I noticed they had not stopped working at the agreed-upon time so I went to talk to them. They were nowhere near done but at the rate they were going I felt it wasn't worthwhile to have them stay longer, so i told them they could leave. I was then told they had gone over the additional time discussed and I owed another $20+. It was exasperating but I paid the requested amount (and tipped them). They then asked if it was ok to leave the garbage in the house instead of taking it out. I mean, it's not really "taking out the garbage" if all you do is move the bags out of the garbage cans (and not replacing the liners)...!? There were a few useless things done (like folding the toilet paper into fan shapes, folding the towels into little packages). I think most people who get house cleaners are more interested in practical stuff getting done (dusting, etc.) and less in feeling like they are living in a hotel. Definitely will not be using these guys again.

he let me know beforehand that he would not be able to use the high end equipment because I am on the 7th floor of a building. Unfortunately, what he brought may have cleaned the carpets (not easy to tell really) but none of the stains were removed satisfactorily.

The service was excellent all around they did stay for an additional 30 mins or so and there was an up charge for that.

They were on-time and very professional. They are fun gals and we had a good time while they cleaned. I am using them again to clean pre-Christmas.

Overall I would say my experience went pretty well. We had some scheduling issues which were partially my fault, and she did move some things around and try her best to accommodate me. I was very appreciative of this. I was disappointed that more cleaning didn't get done in the amount of time I purchased. I did not want to spend any more money so I had to do half of it myself. I don't necessarily blame them though. She brought a 3rd person and they seemed to be working very hard the entire time. So I was probably just being cheap! They broke a shelf in my refrigerator and didn't offer to replace it, which will cost me an additional $40. I didn't ask them to replace it because they did work hard and had 3 people there. All in all, I'd use them again. She was patient and kind and they worked hard.

My husband and I both go to school and I also work full-time. I was looking for someone who could help us clean the house to help relive our stress, but I needed to find someone who was affordable. I decided to go with Angel's Cleaning because they charged $60/hour for two cleaners as opposed to $75/hour like some of the other cleaning companies and they were able to fit me in the very next morning. When I first told my husband he was very upset with me and called Angela right away to cancel the appointment. He told her that we don't have a lot of extra income (which is true), but she was so flexible, explaining to him that she did not have to do a full deep clean of the entire house and could clean for as much as we were willing to pay. After my husband and I agreed on a price we could afford, we called Angela and she said that would give us about 2.5 hours of cleaning and that we could pick a few rooms/areas to focus on while her team was here. Angela even came by the house in the morning with her team to make sure that they would be able to fulfill what she thought they could do. The person who lived in our house before was disabled and unable to clean deeply as well, so there is a lot of build-up of grime in various areas of the house. The deep cleaning in the bathrooms and kitchen was outstanding. They went above and beyond, cleaning things I would never have even thought to clean. I didn't even realize how grimy the bathtubs were until after they made them sparkling white. In the kitchen, they deep cleaned the oven, the outside of the cabinets and even on top of the cabinets where dust accumulates. I was SO grateful to Angela and her team because not only did they do an outstanding job that greatly relieved our stress, but they were able to work within our low budget. They did not pressure us to do more than we could either. She genuinely wanted to help us and didn't judge us for not having a lot of extra money. I highly recommend Angela and her cleaning team. Don't hesitate to tell her what you can afford and see if you can work something out--she is very flexible and eager to please her clients!

Arrived on-time, were sensitive to the ares of my home I wanted them to ignore. Folded the clean towels at the bottom and even fanned the next tissue in the kleenex box. I felt special after their service and my home was clean

We have used Angel's Cleaning for several months and have always been very happy with their work AND their attitudes. They have been flexible when it comes to partial or full cleaning which has been very helpful for us. Angela and her crew always make sure we are pleased with the cleaning. Angela and her team clean my home on a regular basis. They arrive promptly and provide their own supplies. They're super efficient and friendly.
