+ -1 moreWe called Andy and he had his guys came out within 3 days, they showed up on time and had the job done in 1-2 hours. They were curtious and helpful in explaining different aspects of the electrical system and pool cleaning system to us that we didn't know. We didn't have a automatic pool cleaner (polaris) when we purchased the pool and didn't know if it had the ability to have a automatic cleaner, they explained that at one time it had one and would be possible to put it back in. Andy called us within several days of completing the work to give us bids on the cleaning units and sent us brochures on all of them.
Description of Work: they drained the pool to the correct level to bleed the lines and put antifreeze in the lines. Put chemical in for the winter and put the cover on. Most importantly they instructed me on several features the pool has that we did not know about since we had only bought the house 2 months earlier and the previous home owner did not instruct us in any of the uses of the pool.
