The subs did a great job and very pleased with the work. As for Mike, he never did stop by and review the work during the project. When he wanted his final payment he did not even ask to review the work his contractors performed. A few dates that people were to come and work, they did not show as they were booked somewhere else. A few times they were late by an hour or more of the scheduled start times. This may be a problem if you need to take time off or leave from work early for them to to the work. This was one of the more frustrating items. The subs again did very good job most issues were with the main company.

I am satisfied with the work that was performed and would use Andy's again.

Mike was on time, very professional, and informative while assessing the living room ceiling. The ceiling is plaster and he took the time to explain what he needed to do to make sure that the repair worked with my ceiling as opposed to a drywall ceiling. He explained it in a very understandable way. Andy's drywall isn't the only bid I got on the ceiling, but that is the company I plan on using when I get the work done.

Mike was great to work with and he started the job right away after I called him, despite the long amount of time that had passed since the initial bid. Though he could not be at the project from start to finish, he did check in with me by phone on a regular basis. His guys were all extremely polite and on time, with one exception of an address mix-up the first time the mud/tape guy arrived. Mike was flexible in scheduling arrival times around my work hours, which I was very appreciative of. He was also happy to patch up a spot behind the chimney where the old framing had made it impossible for the new rock to archive a flush surface with the rest of the wall.
