We were so well cared for by Brian Anderson and the Anderson business that we agreed that will be our first, and probably our last, stop when we consider any future flooring purchases. Any business that will go the distance for a customer that Brian did deserves no less than that loyalty.
Description of Work: We had spent several hours attempting to find and purchase acceptable tile flooring for a bathroom floor repair. We needed flooring immediately - and none of the 'big box' stores could provide in any reasonable time frame. Late in the day we contacted Anderson and located them in their new location. Brian was without a doubt the most knowledgeable and resourceful person we had dealt with all afternoon. He showed us what tile he could have for us the next day (AM), provided several alternatives. We took three alternatives home with us to try in the bathroom. Having made our decision we called Brian and told him what tile we wanted. The tile was delivered personally by Brian around 0730 the next morning - well before our contractor was to arrive.
