i am a first time home buyer and my experience was wonderful and very informative. Rob was patient and helpful to my many questions as a less informed new home owner.

Upon our arrival, Shayne was already set up in our kitchen and ready to give us a thourogh tour of our new home going through each room step by step. He was very professional and personable. Once the inspection was complete, we felt more knowledgeable about our new property and are confident going forward with the purchasing process.

It is a larger home at 7400 square feet so required two inspectors. Dick handled the exterior and major systems. Kimball handled interior. Both clearly knew their craft. The report was clear and easy to understand. And Dick and Kimball answered all our questions well.

Very professional and the inspector made sure to go over everything good and bad in each room. He also made a point to let us know what appliances were good or needs replacing (now/future). Overall, I was very pleased with the service our inspector provided and would easily recommend to family and friends. Not the cheapest, but when ur spending a lot of money on a home purchase u want the best!

He did not rush through the appointment and took the time to do a comprehensive exam on items that were functional. The agent Rob Timm was prompt, courteous and professional in his approach to this inspection. He spent two hours thoroughly going over the house. He pointed out matters that needed to be taken of and made suggestions on how to improve others. Wrote up a detailed 25 page report. It went better than I expected. The inspector was thorough and went through each aspect of the house with what was good, what would need to be replaced in time and what would need immediate attention. He was knowledgeable and professional. What was really nice was they work on Saturdays which is helpful for people who work during the weekday.
