Very well, the inspector was experienced, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Took time to answer questions and explain the comments. A definite plus was the inspector had important previous experience in construction. I was impressed. I'd hire the inspector again.

Kevin the inspector was punctual and thorough. We've been in the house a year now and it looks like he didn't miss anything! He gave us great advice about how to operate the whole home humidifier and parts of the furnace we weren't familiar with. He also pointed out potential trouble spots that we should think about. Overall, his friendly demeanor and thorough attitude means that I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

John is very thorough and quick, offering advice not only on items that should be fixed immediately, but also smaller suggestions that make sense for a homeowner to get done. He was open to any questions I had about the home and seemed knowledgeable on basically everything home-related. We ended up using him twice as the first house we had a deal on fell through, partially related to the issues he pointed out to us. His price is worth it! The cost reported is for the 2nd inspection on a different house and included 2 radon test units as the house had a very large footprint and 2 were recommended. He also did a Saturday morning which was great for us.

John Kaiser from AmeriSpec performed the home inspection at the new property we are purchasing. He is very professional, and extremely experienced in his field. It went very very well. This was my 2nd inspection and I use the same company and same person that inspect my house the first time.

Very well. I called on Friday afternoon, hoping to be able to schedule appointment for the following Monday morning - the only time that I had available prior to a long trip out of town. I received a confirmation email, and Mark Slotvig arrived promptly at 9am on Monday morning. He was very thorough, friendly and listened and responded patiently to my questions and concerns. He was courteous and approachable. I am very happy indeed with the inspection services I received, and Mark's report was in depth and extensive. Based on this report I am now able to focus my efforts on what needs to be repaired and attended to in my home, whether I decide to sell or not. It was reassuring to be in good professional hands.

Rob Timm arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He was VERY thorough and in explaining it as well. He made sure to answer all of my questions. He told me about the Home Binder that I would receive with the results of inspection and other benefits of it. I've hired them in the past and would again and also recommend them to anyone looking for an inspection company!

We had a great experience. Rob arrived prior to our scheduled time to get his computer all set up, and was very personable from the start. He clearly had lots of experience and knowledge to provide, as well, and did so in an extremely helpful manner. From fixing a very minor plumbing issue to making recommendations for how we could address certain uncovered issues in our potential counter-offer on the home, Rob did a fantastic job recognizing what we needed to feel like we were getting a good value from his visit, and doing the exactly that. We booked with AmeriSpec because it was one of the three providers recommended by our realtor, and they quoted the best price and could best accommodate our schedule. That said, we couldn’t be more pleased that we ended up using them, and if we had to choose again knowing what we know now, we would definitely make the same choice. Great value!
