Inspector was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We were present with him as he walked through the home, and he made sure to educate as he saw things throughout the house. As a first-time buyer, they made the inspection process easy and understandable.

It went quite well. They scheduled an appointment within a day of my call and invited me to tag along since this is a big investment for me. They did a very thorough job of inspecting and offered a number of comparisons to other similar properties along the way. These insights (comparing to market) were invaluable as I sized up my purchase. In addition, where there were items to be addressed, they suggested a couple of ways to fix them. This was also very helpful.

We have purchased a few homes in the years so we've had inspections done a handful of times. This by far was the most personal, thorough and professional inspections we've had. Our Inspector was Mark Slovtig and Mark continually made sure I was understanding what he was doing, how things worked and truly felt he was looking out for our best interest. He was very detailed! It was raining and he suggested we step outside and make sure all things were draining properly in the drain baskets even though he had already inspected things prior to the rain. Also on a personal note he was clean and respectful of the property. Great guy

Mark did our inspection and we found him to be very professional and thorough. He looked at everything and was very personable. He informed us when something would need to be looked into and if we weren't sure he explained in layman's terms why something should be done and suggested was to fix. He's informed about Minnesota building codes and took good care of us. He was easy to talk to and ask questions. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.

Kevin was very professional, detailed and answered all of my questions. He was quick to point out things that maybe didn't "need" to be done "but if I lived here, I might make this change". As a first time homebuyer, I don't know what I don't know about owning a home, but Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, and professional in offering advice.
