Rob was a pleasure to work with. He both inspected the house and set up a Radon test. He pointed out not only the concerns and problem areas, but what was good about the house. If I had any questions, he was there to answer. He made thoughtful suggestions on what to change and cost estimates to do so, and what to keep as-is. He was punctual, thorough, and professional. I will definitely recommend Rob to anyone looking to have a home inspection performed!

Excellent. Mark could not have been more thorough, methodical and professional. A very personable guy, he did not get distracted by conversation or comments from others at the inspection. He went over his report thoroughly and forwarded it to us and our realtor promptly, before we ever left the premises. He deferred to two other contractors there who had specific areas of expertise (a roofer and arborist) but still noted in his own report areas of concern he observed with trees and roof. He opened every window, closet and cupboard, ran every faucet, checked every outlet and light, tested every window treatment, ran every appliance through their cycles, tested A/C and furnace and checked for CO. There was no aspect of the home he did not check.

It went really well. Dick was very nice and answered all the questions I had and showed me things. Then I got a detailed letter that reviewed everything with pictures.

Rob was very professional and alerted me to any concerns about the condition of the home and anything that needed immediate attention. I appreciated his thoroughness and communication of all items that needed to be addressed.

Response time was amazing! I left a message on Sunday night and was able to get an inspection scheduled for that Wednesday! Dick was the inspector that came out. Being a first time home buyer I was a bit nervous because I didn't know what to expect. He walked me through the whole property pointing things out and showing me different functions of the home. I would 100% recommend.

The inspector was on time and was already on the roof when we arrived. He was cordial and accommodating to our interests. During the course of his inspection, he took out time to point out problems with the property and suggest how to solve or deal with them. Upon concluding his work--which lasted more than two hours--he went over his 26 page report and provided us with a copy. We were extremely pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection, which included a radon test.
