1. Missed the schedule, I had taken day off just for these people and they never showed up: I had scheduled carpet cleaning, air duct and vent cleaning services on 11/13/2009 and. When I called, the told that they do not work on weekends so I had to take a day off and stayed home. Appointment was for 1-4pm. I called couple of time to following numbers; they all give you the same-recorded message (612.284-4938, 952.955.7899, 763.515.2688, 651.967.7006). I left voice message to one of the numbers. After a while I received a call from someone saying they could not make it today if it was ok to come next day. The guy was not sure what time he/they could come in but gave range between 1-4pm. Also, the owner (As per him), Jim called and was asking when do I want to schedule, I said I had scheduled for today (Friday 11/13) but no one showed up. I told him that someone called and told they are coming tomorrow. He said he would make sure they would come. 2. Saturday 11/14: 2 people came but had different company name- (will copy the same review for the other company too)-Showed up and told a lot more money then the phone estimate. Estimate for Vent and Air duct was $99 - $156, actual onsite - $ 419.80. They charge extra to clean the end part of furnace, where all the dust would go after they blow the air from vent so I had to let them clean that. For carpet cleaning estimate ? 119, actual onsite $253.95 3. Duct Cleaning Experience: - When I saw their equipments, I knew it was my day to be ripped off. But I had to do the cleaning because of tight deadline to move in. Else, would have cancelled right there. - I checked their portable vacuum, less suckson than my home vacuum (I put my hand to feel it). Also the hose did not reach to all the vents, it was too short. - They put their portable brush few feet down to the vents, but the vacuum (supposed to suck the dust) does not go with the brush as it is to short to even reach to the vent opening sometime. - My new furnace filter ($20) that I had replaced yesterday ? they did not told me that it would be spoiled; otherwise I would have put the old one before cleaning. - Had no flashlight, was using cell phone light instead while cleaning inside furnace, I am praying that he did not damage the furnace. I gave him my small flashlight, better than cell phone screen light. - No ladder, they were jumping to reach to the ceiling to set the vent, I gave my ladder - Left some vent cover open, did not put them all back - Left the vent screws loose 4. Carpet Cleaning Experience: After watching the duct cleaning ? I was so depressed to watch them cleaning the carpet so did not look. At the end, the guy showed me that the could not remove many dust stains, he said the old owner kept the carpet dirty. I at least saw them rushing the work, running fast to get it done quickly I guess. Also, they left a pile of dirt in my driveway, may be cleaned their equipment there? The carpet is so wet, you can squeeze the water out of it (Steam clean?), I was told on the phone that it would dry up in 1-2 hrs and now it is 3 hrs, I have all fan, heating (85 degree) running, still very wet. I was at least manage to reduce the total from 673.75 to $500

I was very unhappy with their sales. They quoted one price and later charged more. They were independent contractors. However they did a really good job cleaning the carpets.

I was responding to a coupon received in the mail and had been recently disappointed by such an offer by a different company. I called first to make sure it wasn't the same company and the receptionist was very patient in answering all my cautious questions. Ryan came on time the day scheduled for the cleaning. Initially, he mis-measured the carpet (coupon was for up to 300 sq. ft. and I had about 370) but re-calculated as soon as I expressed a concern. He did a pretty "hard sell" on additional services; in the end I accepted a minimal application of a treatment at the door entrances and the main walking path through my hearth room. Because it included the opportunity to have them come back at my request for 3 years to re-do the carpet and application for a very minor fee, I decided to go ahead with it. The equipment did go out about 2/3 of the way through the job, but Ryan kept me well-informed during the day about when he could come back. He worked late that night in order to get back to my house and complete the job.
