THEY QUOTED A PRICE FOR CLEANING AND REINSTALL, NEVER CAME BACK AND PUT THE CARPET DOWN. AVOIDED PHONE CALLS, FAILED SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS TO COME BACK, CHARGED THE FULL PRICE TO OUR CREDIT CARD DESPITE NOT COMPLETING WORK.

CARPET WAS DAMAGED DURING CLEANING. TECHNICIAN TRIED TO FIX IT BUT COULDNT. MEMBER WAS OFFERED A REFUND BUT IT WAS NEVER PROCESSED. MEMBER MADE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS BUT THEY WERENT RETURNED. MEMBER WENT TO THE OFFICE TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS OF HIS REFUND. OWNER ATTEMPTED TO INTIMIDATE THE MEMBER INTO LEAVING WITHOUT ADDRESSING THE ISSUE OF THE REFUND. MEMBER STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED HIS MONEY BACK.

THEY STARTED THE JOB IN JUNE OF 2000; I MADE 8 FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS OVER THE NEXT 8 MONTHS FOR THEM TO FINISH THE WORK, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP AT ANY OF THESE APPOINTMENTS, NEVER CALLED TO SAY THEY WEREN'T COMING, NEVER EXPLAINED WHY THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE JOB. FINALLY HAD TO RESOLVE IN COURT.
Description of Work: CARPET CLEANING FOR FLOODED CARPET, I.E., SURFACE CLEANING, CHEMICAL TREATMENT TO PREVENT MOLD GROWTH AND PAD REPLACEMENT. ALTHOUGH I PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN FULL,THEY WOULD NOT COME BACK TO FINISH THEIR SERVICES NOR WOULD THEY REFUND MY PAYMENT.
