I was having slow drainage, so I purchased an Angie's list deal for Main Sewer Clean & Video inspection. I easily made the appt at the date/time that worked for me. The technician arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. I explained the problem and showed it to him. To my chagrin, I learned that what I thought was the main sewer was really the floor drain. The technician, without condescension, explained the difference and discussed what could be done. He explained the cost of the floor drain cleaning and the video inspection and, though the floor drain cleaning is less than the main line cleaning, it could be covered by the discounted cost of the Angie's List deal. I agreed and he cleaned out the floor drain and did the video inspection from the floor drain to the main line. The video inspection DID show some blockage in the main line and he offered to clean it for the cost of the floor drain cleaning. I agreed and the main line got cleaned. The bottom line is I got the floor drain cleaned, the main line cleaned and the video inspection done for the cost of the Angie's list deal and the cost of a 'normal' floor drain cleaning, which was acceptable for me. The technician did not leave a mess and finished on time. I would recommend this service and, if I need this service in the future, they would be on the short list of calls.

Super responsive, scheduled quickly, showed up promptly ... very nice guy, worked hard, cleaned up so nearly spotless. Would use again in a heartbeat.

They communicated well about the arrival time, and the plumber was friendly and competent. My only complaint relates more to Angie's List than to the provider. I bought an Angie's List "Big Deal" for sewer main-line cleaning. I don't recall any statement that the deal was time limited. When the plumber showed up, he informed me that I had paid for up to 1 hour of work, and additional hours would be $85/hour. This was a surprise to me; I though I paid for a job to be done (my main line being bladed), and not just for a certain amount of time. Angie's List didn't describe the deal well enough. Still, the plumber finished in less than an hour, so I didn't have to pay extra. Overall I was satisfied. I did not get the video inspection I was promised by Angie's List, but that wasn't very important to me, so I am basically satisfied.

Our bathroom sink was completely clogged. They came out on time and cleared the clog - it took a full hour to clean and was really disgusting with all the grime that had built up. But they did a good job cleaning up.

the guy came, unclogged the kitchen sink then gave the toilet a tune up, but it still didnt help it. Had to get a new toilet.

Video was interesting. Showed a clear shot all the way to street. He said there was no need to clean drain. I figured anything would help with maintainence even if no big roots were visible, but accepted his professional view. I explained my experience in a review. The reason I changed the C to A is that Jonathan responded to my concern and made it right! Thanks.

Jonathan inspected the job that turned out to be much larger then first expected. Another competitor came and wanted to bring two resources that would have costed double. He ran the camera from inside and at each clean out since it was such a long run. On top of this, Jonathan worked with my city to get more info on the long run and sent us the information regarding this. He also offered advice for the winter and ways to protect ourselves should something go wrong. Another gentlemen was with us and he had been using another company for some of is business properties. He was very impressed with Jonathans expertise, promptness and professionalism. Highly recommend Jonathan!

The problem actually started with another company that came out earlier to clean the drain. (Don't use Roto Rooter whatever you do. I did a separate review for them). The goal of the visit was to visual the drain and try to determine if there was a break in the line. The tech was able to put a camera down the line, and eventually entered some dark water and couldn't determine if there was a problem. Also the "camera" was a pretty basic unit, and it didn't have a "POM" or location thingy that would have helped us determine where the actual problem was outside our house. Eventually the tech used an auger (like Roto Rooter) and a coil on the end. He was able to pull back dirt and mud and said that indicated a break. He suggested calling the city because the distance to the break seemed to indicate that it was under the street.... except it didn't. The tech and I both assumed that the line connected to the sewer main in front of our house. However, we live on a corner lot, and it turns out our sewer line doesn't go in that direction. I would expect a sewer tech to know that it would be located close to the water main. (Now I know.) It wasn't until I called the city that I discovered where the possible break was, and called a company with better equipment (yeah Ultimate Drain in Minneapolis) to actually determine exactly where the break was. They had a MUCH better camera and we could see the actual break. Also, their camera had a "POM" and we were able to locate exactly where the break was outside so that the "digger guys" can come out tomorrow and actually fix the issue. John was professional, he called to follow up. He was professional, and I think that his tech, who I don't think knew as much as the John the owner did the best he could. In the end, however, I paid 160 and didn't really gain any additional insight. It wasn't until I called a company with better equipment and more knowledge that we were able to identify the issue and move things along to getting it fixed.

Had them in to fix a plugged water line leading from the house to the city sewer. Took about 90 minutes total and he was helpful, honest and provided advice on how to handle in the future to avoid problems without being sales-y. Job was done and things have been flowing smoothly since. He had to use an automated snaking tool to get rid of roots which have broken/grown through the line. His recommendation was to plan to do it every other year to keep the debris from building up too much.

The technician was great. He worked fast and knew his job and left the house clean.

In and out in 10 minutes. Problem solved.

Of course my sewer backs up on a Sunday and now I'm dreading dealing with this. Jonathan responded right away and took into account my personal situation. He was willing to work with me and had Rob out right away. Rob was courteous and very respectful of the surroundings. (Tarps,carpet protection, slippers, etc.). He explained all the services and gave an estimate that was honored. In 2 hours the family was able to flush toilets and wash clothes. (Very important for a family of 6 ?.). Overall great experience. We really appreciate the service as well as the work these guys do.

Rob arrived on time as scheduled. He put protection down on all the floors that were exposed to his work. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. Rob was very professional and did a great job.

They cleared two of my sewer lines, a 3 inch and a 6 inch main, and replaced a cap. They came perfectly on time, were freindly, outlined cost ahead of time, and charged exactly what they said they would. Will definitely use them again!

It took longer than I expected but it was a tough job with lots of tree roots. When he wasn't sure if he got everything he let us know that he would have to go in again which, again, I appreciated and I attribute to providing good quality and thoroughness of the work he was doing. Being that it took longer than I expected I also expected a hefty bill. The final billing was signficiantly less than what I was expecting. It was quite a relief! The only constructive criticism I would give (which would change my rating from an A to an A+) would be the following: Bring a container of industrial stength clorox wet wipes and a rag to the work site and clean up black residue and other grime that comes with these jobs vs. leaving it for the customer to clean up. This would be a cheap process improvement to implement into every house call. I will definitely use them for my preventitive maintenance and also just gave this companies name to my co-worker since he knows someone who is looking for a plumbing contractor.

I posted my service request on Sunday evening. I had a response back within an hour. Answered all my questions and scheduled my service call for the next morning. I had requested a text when they were 30 min away. They sent me a text, and showed up on time. They fixed the drain, checked to make sure it was reworking fine two times, and left. Great experience! Job went very well. I called and spoke directly to Jonathan around 2 pm. My elderly mother had water leaking out of clogged floor drain and I was going out of town the next day. Jonathan said he could definitely come and agreed to call when he was on his way. He called around 6 pm and arrived just as he said he would. He was professional, fast, and explained what he found. He did the job. It took a little more than an hour so I had to pay the hourly rate over and above the deal. I can get it done less expensively with my normal plumber.

Jonathan responded to our request via Angies List within 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon after we discovered our floor drain was backed up and overflowing into our basement. We arranged time the next day for him to come out and assess the problem. He was there within the scheduled window and knew what the problem was. He took care of the issue prompty and was friendly and professional. We've lived in this house 9 years and had not ever cleaned out the sewer line of our 1920's house, so who knows how long the massive tree roots and general yuck have been clogging the line. It took Jonathon a long time since we hadn't cleaned it out previously. It was hot and stinky work and Jonathan was a true professional.
