Two servicemen arrived. They isolated my issue and fixed my problems, showing me along the way what exactly was going on. They were very professional and they got all my problems taken of.

Appointment set up was very quick and they were able to come the next morning. The plumber was able to complete the cleaning in under an hour. He provided some homeowner suggestions to us -- since we have a lot of trees in our yard, it may be beneficial for us to get our sewer line cleaned more frequently to prevent clogs. Overall, very satisfied with the service and value.

The provider arrived within the promised 8-10 a.m. time frame, considering the MN100 slow down. Was careful in bringing in tools and arranging them in kitchen. Asked some necessary questions. Did not rush his operation. Kept the work area clean while doing the job. He waited to make sure the drain flow was what is to be expected from the sink. When finished, cleaned the work area. Advised and used kitchen dish soap Dawn to help the drain flow. Advised and showed how to adjust water heater temperature, since it was set for the highest temperature,or scalding. --Mr. Futcher

I have used American Sewer (AS) in the past for routine maintenance. The basement floor drain backed up and I called AS in the morning. They arrived within the time range and proceeded to clean out and scope the drain. Rob, the technician, recommended that I research sewer pipe liners since I have a couple cracks in the PVC pipe. He said that it could be a less expensive alternative to having a complete dig-out. Rob wrapped out and cleaned up his job site.

Arrived same day I called. Very professional, assessed the problem, laid out protective material and unclogged the drain. Worked quickly. Cleaned up perfectly afterwards. This is the second time I have used American Sewer and I highly recommend them.

My experience with American Sewer could not have been better. Seth called when he was 20 minutes from our home to let us know when he would be arriving. Upon arrival he went right to work and had the drain cleared in a short amount of time. Seth left the job site clean and was very personable,

The person that came out was nice, explanatory and did what I wanted him to do. I liked him. What never became perfectly clear is what they advertised. I tried to get clarity from the woman who answered the phone. I talked to her for 10 minutes and she seemed to understand, but when it came to the price of the deal she was wrong. The deal talked about roughly cleaning of the drain. I asked them to do the main drain which is in the basement. When the technician got here, he said it wasn't included. On the deal, it didn't just say cleaning of the drain. I talked to the woman on the phone but it still didn't work and I had to pay additional $100 to the big deal price. Other people shouldn't have to go through that same problem. They screwed up and they didn't admit it, apologize, or improve my rate.

I called at 7:30 p.m. and a tech was there by 9:00. He was very professional and informative and had my drain flowing good in about 45 minutes. Seth was very friendly and informative. I feel like a got good service at a bargain price. I called a couple other places and most wanted double what I paid American Sewer or they wouldn't give me a quote over the phone, their tech would make the estimate, a red flag for me. I highly recommend American Sewer.

John did a great job...he was on time and worked quickly. He explained what he would do and what needed to be done to prevent the problem. Strongly recommend and would use again.

I can't say enough good things about American Sewer. I called yesterday (5/19) and but for my schedule, could have had a technician out within 90 minutes, so they came today. At my request, I was put in as the first stop. I am in the process of selling my home and the buyer's inspector called a basement floor drain and main sewer line. Getting a service provider out ASAP was incredibly important. Seth called about 30 minutes ahead of his arrival. He showed up, grabbed his tools, and got to work on the drain. He hammered away at concrete filling the hole and determined the source of the problem. While he could not complete the repair himself (jack hammering out the floor and putting in a new drain), he gave me a referral and gave me a ballpark to expect on the cost. And because he could not fix it, he did not charge me for 20+ minutes he spent hammering away. Seth then moved on to the main sewer line. He sent the camera down, explaining things to me as he went, and gave me the all clear! I could not be more pleased with the service from American Sewer, from my first call to Seth's knowledgeable service and personable demeanor.

Everything went very well. He kept me informed of his progress, and explained when costs would be moving beyond the original service for which I prepaid. He even spent considerable time cleaning up the mess, so I could not be more please with his work.

I used this provider last summer for drain cleaning and toilet tune up. I was happy with the smooth process, the price, and the work done. I called them again this year year to unclog a bathtub drain. They responded promptly to my request on Friday, and scheduled the service to be done on Monday. I will highly recomend this provider, and will use him Again.

Basement drain was fine. When they went to clean out the upstairs bathtub, the screws holding the overflow broke and then the guy said that there was a leak (we hadn't had any notice that this was the case). So they cut through the wall in the adjoining bedroom and replaced a piece of pipe. This was all very unexpected (we weren't really impressed with how quickly the job was done) and then we had to check for continued leaks into a pie pan (it did continue to leak so that we had to turn the water off while we were away on vacation). When we returned, the leak seemed to have stopped and we're hoping that things will be OK. As far as I know, we received no calls asking how the service went. We would not call them back.

The process went great! Our Technician Dave listened as I explained; the main line is over 120 feet with the roots of some big Oak trees at about 100 feet which in the past have been the cause of our drain problem. I showed Dave the Mainline clean-out, which is in a very awkward location in our basement. We have had the main line cleaned out several times by other companies. This was by far the cleanest Main line cleaning we have ever had after the Technician was finished. Dave worked fast and very clean, I am still impressed and grateful for the level of care he took by treating my home as he would want his home treated.
