Description of Work: They did what they promised. The service man was intelligent, courteous, friendly and responsive to questions re plumbing quandaries.

Description of Work: They called a day early saying were in neighborhood, good. tech found cleanout plug frozen. upon using bigger wrench he did not notice that the T was turning on the nipple. He broke off the PVC fitting from the tub by turning the T. He wasn't capable of repairing the broken line. His boss called with a referral to a plumber. But he would not cover the additional expense. I offered to split costs but he informed me they were not responsible for any additional costs, The tech did get the drain line open scraped the line to the main so he did complete his job. My complaint was with his bosses attitude

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $124.00 for drain cleaning, toilet tune-up, and a sewer line video. They did a tub drain cleaning, they fixed two toilets, and they did the video drain inspection.

Description of Work: I thought I had a plugged up sewer (water on basement floor). I left a message for Jonathan who called back right away, told me he was really booked but asked me a series of questions and determined I probably did not have a clogged sewer. We set an appointment for a couple of days out but I was able to cancel it because Jonathan was right - no clogged sewer. The cause is a mystery but it hasn't happened again. It doesn't get better than that - when an honest contractor diagnoses quickly over there phone and let's one know service is probably not needed. If I have a problem, I definitely will contact Jonathan again.
