Description of Work: Our rating of American Sewer's prices is based on a nice coupon for sewer inspection they offered through Angie's List. I found the technician, Jonathan, to be knowledgeable, instructive and pleasant. He allowed me to watch as he threaded the camera through the sewer line and inspected it for damage, root intrusions, etc. At all stages of his visit, he commented helpfully on the state of our drains and plumbing. His work left no mess for us to clean up, and he even helped us with extra drain issues unrelated to our sewer inspection. He offered helpful information on caring for our drain and when to have future inspections. We will be keeping his business card on hand and would not hesitate to call him again.

Description of Work: Cleaned the line and felt something odd; Ran the TV scope down the line and showed me the whole video--including the cracked u-joint. Recommended a qualified repair company as the drain was in the concrete and required structural work as well as plumbing to fix. But now I know the root of the problem and how to fix it! (Plus I know I have a clean pipe the rest of the way, too)
