Description of Work: It ended up costing a lot more than i expected, but they did a good job and i could see the issue with the camera. Seeing i had just had the drain cleaned 2 months earlier by someone else. They did a good job. No problems since.

Description of Work: $129 special to clean main sewer line + video inspection. First cleaning cable got stuck on roots, second cable got stuck too (10pm.) Had to come back next day, third time is the charm. Extra hours, etc, total bill $725. Owner followed up with a phone call a week later to make sure we're satisfied.

Description of Work: American Sewer rep. arrived promptly, made first scope of sewer line and the camera froze. He made a second attempt and all looked ok. However, when I went to send the video to our city street department, the video was inaccessible. American Sewer offered to come back at no charge, but we are still trying to schedule.
