Description of Work: Our sewer backed up on a holiday week-end. I really appreciated that I could actually get in contact with someone to help, that the person I talked to was genuinely courteous and was accurate about when he could come (which was pretty soon) and in the cost of the service was reasonable. I've recommended this company to other family members because of the good service, the promptness and the reasonable price.

Description of Work: Plugged main line to street. Technician was very thorough going far out into the street when the problem was not initially solved. Removed manhole covers in the street to observe, and ultimately recommended that I contact the city to come out and 'jet out' the sewer after he had cleared my mainline. He went the extra mile.

Description of Work: As new homeowners, we did not know the last time our sewer drain had been televised or cleaned until it became a problem. Ron cleared a large pile of tree roots from the sewer and kept us updated throughout the entire process.

Very hard worker, went over the costs and I was impressed on the info he gave me regarding how some competitors run up charges. The final cost was adjusted for discounts to give me the best price. I thought the work for 270 was a very good deal considering the work involved. I highly recommend as this provider was very honest.

Description of Work: I was hoping my floor drain and clean-out drain would be cleaned out, but he only used a snake in the floor drain. Last time a different company had heavy duty equipment & did both. Hope it lasts!
